So true so true 😅
True. I hope he has a long and fruitful career.

As Bill Burr said in his tribute to John, "Thank God I never had to follow him!" Highest compliment one comedian can give to another.
Follow him at the buffet?
@@Dr.Thirteen-bb1ubwhen doing comedy sets they typically have comedians come on stage one set after another. Meaning he is thankful that he never had to go after John because he didn’t think he could be as funny as him
Anyone got a link to this? I'd love to hear Burr talk about John lol.
Whoosh
I mean it can be both
And by both i mean the stage and the buffet
I am Asian and I can tell you his Chinese and Japanese skit so damn funny. Really miss comics like John. RIP sir you left us so young. Thank you for making us laughing....
Speaking to a dead man in the comment section of CZcams...
You fools lack so much sense.
Such a sweet man.
I agree 👍
Are you speaking to a dead man in the comments? What a shame.
Yes, heart attack unfortunately.
RIP he was my favourite comedian 😭
Me too 😢
Never heard of this guy. Now after this, I want to see more of him. 😂
He was an absolute legend 🙌

Ah he passed away 😢
I loved him when I was a little fat kid. He really gave me a lot of confidence to just use my humor to deflect all the kids who would bully me at school and sports. He’s brilliant.
@karlwithak. complications from a diet he was on genius , don't worry your turn will come , death doesn't discriminate
@jin-out Pretty vague comment. Not to mention, there is literally nothing cruel about my sentiment above.
@karlwithak. He actually died AFTER losing the weight so 😂
He died of a pulmonary embolism brought on by sudden drop of weight. He lost so much weight too quickly his heart couldnt take it @karlwithak.
"You here four hour", priceless.
YOU GO NAAAAAAOWWWWWWW!!!!!😂😂😂😂
🤣🤣🤣
That's 4 "houah"
EAT BRAWK-WRY
"I hit him with enough tranquilizer to down a bull elephant!"
"Must. . . reach . . . lo-mein!
Today is his 10 year anniversary since he passed. Rest in piece John, you will always be one of the best comedians😢
He wasn’t fat. He was full of jokes
lol nice
That's sweet...
No matter how many times i hear it the Chinese buffet always makes me laugh like hell ! RIP John you are missed.
If he hadn't gone to so many buffets, he'd still be here. The same with Ralphie May.
@@4seeableTVYou here FOUR HOUR!!!!!
“Prime ribs and pork chops and scampi, oh my!”
‘Free Willie!’ Genius! Pure gold.
I'm so grateful I got to see John Pinette live, this man had me laughing non stop that I had to catch my breath. Truly one of the greatest comics to ever done it. I still remember him saying he was late to a flight and the flight attendant said "Can you run?!" "LIKE A GAZELLE!!" 😂

He was one of those RARE acts that could nail a room with a clean show just as well as if it were Lenny himself he was never off and always about food somehow and still fu**ing hilarious
You appreciate his clean show yet couldn’t resist using foul language yourself. 😢
Jay Leno didn’t swear either.
By today's uptight standards this wouldn't be clean comedy. For the same reason apu isn't on the simpsons anymore

Glad he's getting recognition he deserves. My family loved him. I was a child at the time and got him confused with Chris Farley 😂
@@karlwithak. Liking your own comment is weird
I can't understand how you could confuse him and Chris Farley, I the screams that they do... they are soooooo completely different. Not to mention the one passed on his wedding night and the other passed....
LEGEND. One of the friendliest self-deprecating and lovable comedians. My friend met him and he said on a whim, he grabbed a dinner plate and acted like an angel for their photo. I think he just might have been....
25+ years later and still laugh every time. RIP John you were and still are one of the greats
What the hell.... I didn't know he was dead :|
@@LuBre yeah sadly back in 2014

"Your otta the woods, your otta the dark and night!" I wet myself.... i was NOT expecting that to come outta him!🤣🤣🤣
That Chinese buffet skit stuck with my friends and I since we saw it. So funny!
He articulated the verbiage real well with both the Chinese and Japanese food😂
You so biiiig!😂😂
Yeah that one is good. I tried watching him do a full show and it wasn't good at all. Just a one joke wonder
So true. Got the stink eye from owners wife 👁️🗨️ while grabbing crab during all crab night. Yikes!! 😂🤣🤣🤣
My 21 year old son's favorite comedian, he introduced him to me. So sorry he passed, RIP
I was always invited backstage, John was always the sweetest guy I ever met, RIP my friend 🧡 I miss you so much.
Sorry you lost your friend. Seems like he was a truly wonderful guy.
He was a wonderful comedian who was flawed like all of us ❤. RIP ❤❤❤
... we all have our problems ... everyone has a crutch ... just try not to let it become your life if you can ...
Trouble with food being one's crutch is you can see it. EVERYONE is prejudice. no matter race, religion, sex, disability, ethnicity etc.
Ouwh.. I didn't know that this great man actually pass away.. rip
Obesity is to accepted these days. He died young because of his obesity. Not a flaw.
My favorite part was when he talked about the Indian restaurant. "They're playing Indian music in the bathroom." LOL
I so miss him...here was a comedian who truly was gifted and sooo funny. When I feel like laughing and melt my stress this man was the one to go to..still after all these years I still laugh with tears rolling down my cheeks. I love you John Pinette you're in heaven . From Canada 🤣🤣💜💜💜🙏
Absolutely by far one of my favorite standup comedians! He was able to make so many laugh with his words, facial expressions and how he delivered his jokes. Gone way too soon! RIP!
The year he died he was suppose to perform at my local improv. Wish I had the chance to see him live. I’d die of laughter.
I'm sorry to hear that.
I have heard this bit 50 times or more.
I still laugh every time i hear it

"Hey look they have have egg rolls LMFAO" RIP this man made me laugh till I was crying XD 😆 🤣
I’ve watched this several times on various channels and it is absolutely a hoot! He was one of a kind.
I have always hated that I didn’t discover this awesome comedian until he was already gone. And I would love to read that book…
I’ve listened to this over and over again and bust a gut laughing. RIP John. 😞
Thank you for your service to us in all you've done, Paul. Thank you brother. Rest Easy.
Japanese bullet train was hilarious 😅😅😅
I watch this on repeat. Can’t get enough. Outstanding writing. RIP. Legend.
This bit will never not be funny
Rip Sir thanks for the joy and laughter you gave you’ll always be remembered
His use of space and body language to engage the crowd is the most powerful part to me.
Big John really makes me nostalgic for the '90's ....the best decade of my life... ( lost my wife Mary in 2001.) John was a great comedian...R.I.P. Big Man....Laughin' and Cryin' 🤣💙
The best comedian ever! My deepest respect! Unfortunately he is not here anymore 😢
John Pinette is terrific for constant laughs. I laughed through it all.
Never heard a Lord Torunaga reference in a comedy act. WOW. I miss John Pinette.
He was one-of-a-kind, a true original. Always hilarious & sadly missed.
One of the best comedians around. His impersonation is just spot on.
Back when we were allowed to impersonate for comedy. Growing up I can't tell you how many times myself or someone I knew would say "you be here for 4 hour, You go home now" or "why you so biiig?" While eating Asian food. 😂
I was wondering why I never heard of Mr. Pinette before, it makes sense i know of him now because he’s gone, the saying is true. RIP, I’m loving every bit of your stuff as I discover it man. And I’m not even much into comedy. Legend
One of the best ever. Rest in peace, John. I sure miss you.
This guy must of been hilarious to be around. You definitely know he can break balls with the best of them. His comebacks must be great
He looks so young in this clip. I heard him first on Serious radio while driving. He did his “Disney in August” gig. I thought I might have to pull over. RIP, John
1:50 he's right, MSG is super addicting, and does make you hungry again.
I always put it in me food and still don't get hungry for hours
It doesn't make you hungry, it just makes the food taste unnaturally good so you keep wanting more. It actually amplifies the flavor of other spices on your tongue, including regular old salt, and so does the various cooking oils on food. Oils cause spices and other flavors to make better contact with your tongue, and MSG then strongly accentuates those flavors.
Most fried snacks are covered in it, and they use it the same way asians do. Mix it with some combination of garlic, ginger, onions and assorted spices, and you can't stop eating it because it's just so absurdly savory.
If you like fishy tasting stuff, try getting some instant Dashi granules some time, grind them up into a powder, and use it to season potato stuff. Instant Dashi is made from dried fish and seaweed, and has salt and MSG in it. Put it on potatoes and you have a super savory instant fish and chips experience.
I realized recently John was the guy the Seinfeld gang didn’t help when he was being mugged. And set the whole end into motion. Funny man xxxJP
My grandson and I do the "you go now"bit and laugh so much! He was one of a kind!❤
I like how the Chinese and Japanese accents are different Lol
Such a shame that he had to pass away. He was absolutely one of the best, if not the best comedian ever.
One of greats. So polished and charismatic. This is what comedy used to be. Now comedians deliberately try to offend their audience with a lazily repackaged joke from a 2009 Reddit forum.
One of the greats. Gone too soon. RIP
Oh my god, I miss him. He was my favorite comedian.
Loved this guy; so hilarious! He was one of my favorites. R.I.P.❤😢
Back at the end of those 90', I heard Mr. Pinette on a radio station which featured skits by many comics (Bill Cosby, for example). Now, I know the person behind the voice, and am updating on his sketches. Made me start '24 with many laughs, makes me wish ya'all a really Happy 2024!
I swear! I got all teary! He was amazing!
Food comedy never gets old, like eating.
Recently stumbled upon this guy and oh my god i havent been able to stop watching his stuff. He has to be one of the funniest comedians ive ever watched. Such a shame he's no longer with us. RIP to a legend
Stand up comedy is hard, it's like the words are a basketball and you're the center for the LA. Lakers. I like his style and have listened to most of his acts over and over, truly missed R.I.P.
He was a treasure! RIP Johnny.
Great comedian! The world lost a great one when he passed, but he left a lasting effect on comedy, for the better.
R.I.P. John - You still make me laugh and smile watching your old shows. Thank-You!
John pinnette was so funny even though he primarily only discussed one topic
He was a master at that topic though.

I forgot how hilarious he is. I'm so glad I ran across this video. I just laughed and laughed and laughed and laughed. Thanks 😅🤣😂😊
My husband was friends with John since childhood. He has many fond memories.
Did we all just found a random short with 2 Asians reacting to Jhon Pinette ?

Yup, gold. Didnt even know the guy
The accents in these seem like genuinely good like he's not trying to make fun of the accent each time just doing a good impression.
This is my all-time favourite comedy routine, period.
Saw him a few times at Just For Laughs in Montreal. He was there many times. A big crowd favorite. Always very funny. He lost a lot of weight before he died. P.S. He was on the finale of Seinfeld.
What a beautifull guy. RIP John
He brought laughter to millions. RIP John
John was too funny.😊😅😮
JP, arguably in the 'Top Ten' comedians of all time !
This is one of my favorites. He's so funny. RIP John, we miss you.
That $22.95 all you can eat sushi would be $46.44 in 2024.
God bless John's memory. I imagine him in the afterlife with the comedy greats of all time making each other laugh until they pass out from lack of oxygen! 🤣
the "Around the world..." thing would be a great way to spend a lottery winning
After seeing his Reel from this guy on Instagram i just found another gem comedian... hes hilarious and will search for more videos. Sad to hear he passed already 😢. His comedy will live for ever
Ive watched these over and over a hundred times and still laugh hysterically.
This is one of the best routines EVER!! I laughed til I cried!
RIP
Miss you and Mitch!
The best ever!!
Never heard of this man until now .. i sure missed out .
What a comedian. RIP john
*John was an original, who else could make eating food funny and hilarious at the same time.*
I love the bit about the pinene maker! "Here's a simpler way. Make a sandwich and punch it. There's your pinene!" 😂😂
His early death is a wake up call for everyone I know, but it is so comforting seeing someone talk about the very few pleasures that sometimes you can have when all else seems to go against you: good food. When I started having whole grain bread replacing white a long time ago, I felt I lost some of the joys in life when making a sandwich. I eat it as well as other healthier options but it feels like living on cruise control. Anyway, RIP JP.
One of the best, I still listen to his cd when I'm having a bad day.
Its true. The difference in eating curry vs just taking the plate and dumping it in the toilet is only about 10 minutes.
ABSOLUTELY
loved this guy RIP
I still have his shows on mp3's saved to the cloud. RIP he was the only comedian that I would travel to see.
The beauty of art. He nailed it.
There has never been one like him and never will be again. Pinette is the most underrated comedian ever!
I just happened to be eating breakfast in my favorite restaurant and I'm watching this video and I'm busting up laughing till I got tears in my eyes.this guy's hilarious
Nice to see someone who can take the mickey out of themselves, and very entertaining.
He was so unusually funny comedian rest in peace John
