📒 When you were talking about your list of projects, I was nodding because I can totally relate. I have a lot of creativity books, and I just want to work on everything. At work (I'm an art teacher) I'm much more focused and organized. I found that batching my tasks had been very helpful. There are a lot of articles out there on batching tasks/activities. Just a suggestion- you can batch your tasks or things you want to work on. You can assign a day of the week to one or a few things that are related. For example you can assign Monday and Wednesdays to research and apply to jobs. On Tuesday, you can dedicate time to writing choose 2-3 projects and Fridays can be dedicated to your business and that can include CZcams, editing business - and Saturday and/or Sunday can be a recharge/refresh day and try to do things that make you feel calm and you enjoy doing. I'm really enjoying your channel. Take care! 😊

I'm exactly the same as you with focus and taking on too many projects. I have problems with sleeping and sometimes I have panic attacks, yesterday I went to a psychiatrist and it turned out to be ADHD, so dear! go to a psychiatrist so you can be sure what's going on in your heart
