    Any suggestions for an injector that is really stuck? I've pried on it as hard as I can without getting it to move.

    I’m currently where I’m tryna pull out my fuel injectors but I’m having trouble tryna pull the clips out what tool did you use to pull them out with?

      Sorry, I do not know what clips you are talking about the rail bolts to the injectors

      i think he means the red tiny clips you have to pull up to disconnect from the coils

      I heard him say 17mm for the connector to the fuel rail input...Also heard him say 4 mm allen wrench for the injector bolts to leave in what you dont want out.. everything else was 10MM ... Ive gotta do this my self in the next day or two.

    Yeah, so I feel like all I’m doing is bending the fuel rail as I’m trying to pull it up. Because it’s moving away at the top, but the injectors don’t seem to have moved at all.

      Sometimes injectors can be stuck pretty hard and be a pain in the butt

      @alissayoung4116 Před měsícem

      You may have to take the rail off the injectors. I bent my 4th injector rail bc it was so stuck. Had to drill a nail into it and yank it out with a chain. Definitely lube the new ones

    @ 9:33 you said gas went down into the cylinder, we’re you just blowing out excess dripping? And the pliers you use to disconnect the red clips from the injector, what are those called?

    • @lakesautomotivediagnostics6509
      @lakesautomotivediagnostics6509  Před 3 měsíci

      Lisle 37960 on Amazon electrical disconnect pliers and I didn’t say anything about gas at 9:33. Maybe it was a different time.

      My fault it was at 11:33 and you said quite a bit of gas went down into cylinder 1, did you mean where the spark plugs are or area where injector 1 was pulled from? Sorry the for mistake and we’re you just blowing out excess gas?

      @@fabianvalencia9169 when I pulled off the number one injector from the fuel real gas went down in there, so I was just blowing it out with the gun

    I replace the fuel injector and gas flood the bottom where the injector are when I started it up. Did I not push something in right or do I need to add more seal to something? S.O.S.

      @lakesautomotivediagnostics6509  Před 3 měsíci +2

      Sounds like you probably ripped a injector O-ring or did not get one in correctly. Sometimes when you pull the injectors out of the head, the Oring will stay stuck in the head. You will have to pull it back apart and inspect your O-rings.
