One thing to help balance is to use the “competitive” rules. If you look at the cards, you’ll see some have a double spikey wing icon on them and some don’t. The ones with the icon are more balanced and fair generally.
So, looking at the victory conditions, you chose critical point which doesn’t have the icon in the bottom right, meaning it isn’t really quite balanced.
I’ve had so much more fun playing Warcry by limiting games to only setups with that icon.
I think the non-competitive setups are useful in a narrative, long-campaign, but for a single match that has no long term ramifications, those icons are absolutely the way to go imo.

Nice. The Stormcast would have really needed the Impertants tripple in round 2 and 3 for extra movement actions!
