    I was wondering how you structure your upper and lower body sessions in terms of exercise type and exercise selection ?

      There are many ways to do it (and I cover a lot of this in my PRESEASON FOR RUGBY video). I’ve got a lower body video dropping today which will show you exactly what I do.
      In summary, how I am currently organising my own training right now is:
      General Warm Up / Specific Warm Up / Main lift / Secondary Lift / Accessories / Trunk Work.
