Like yall said… we’re the most unprotected so it leaves us in defense mode all of the time. I think, we need to come out of defense mode and understand what’s for you is for you is for you. Everyone is not out to get you. And even if they are… all long as your I’s and T’s are dotted and crossed you’re good. Stop letting people steal your joy by being tense and guarded and angry. Relax. You can still hold people accountable, create healthy boundaries and a pleasant working environment and be a great leader all at the same time.
