- This is a quick video covering installation and usage of my new mod, Better BuildBuy. This is my sort of end-all, be-all mod for BuildBuy Improvements, it includes the expandable catalog and buildmode freecam in addition to the new filters and organized debug options.

You are an absolute legend. I already find T.O.O.L, expandable build buy, build mode camera, and the no weather in build mode mods absolutely essential, and now this is going to make building even easier. Just amazing!
i've been testing this for a while and i'm blown away by the amount of work that went into this, our lives will be so much better! can't thank you enough for all all you did! the only problem i found so far was the arranged flowers from seasons that are a bit glitched out, but so far i'm loving this and i can't imagine building without it ever again, thank you

This is so freaking amazing. I am in awe. I wouldn’t have even thought to ask for this mod because I wouldn’t think it would even be possible. It must have taken so much time. Your mods are necessary to play the game as is and this just takes the cake. EA should be paying you for this stuff.

Soo, this is a great mod and I just found out I can use it to move my sim after using the sim teleporter and put them in a pose, even if I move them, they still keep the pose. This is gonna give my pictures so much more variety, thank u for making this.

I wish there was a way to keep it on all the time. My game takes so long to load ONE time, let alone twice. I dread patch days where I have to load twice after turning mods back on. (By the time it finally loads I'm out of the mood.) I realize I need a newer computer. ha That being said, what a god-send you are. Truly a treasure to this game. EA should have you on the payroll.
Yeah sorry, for what it's worth I tried relentlessly to get it to just work, but there's no way to trick it into thinking particular items aren't CC. Either it is and you get the benefits or it's not and you don't.

UPDATE: The files were too far down my mods folder bc I took them out of the folder for extra measure but with the actual folder it was much higher up but if it still doesn't work for you add an A at the start of the folder name to bring it to the top of the list.
So for some reason when I click the organized debug filter it doesn't open the pop up and I exit the game and come back but it hasn't been saved. All my mods are updated and they're in the mods folder itself so they aren't in a seperate folder within mods and scipt mods+cc are enabled. Idk if I have other mods that aren't compatible with this but I doubt it bc my mods are just slice of life, mccc, UI cheats and a few of your own mods. I really hope you see this comment lol I really want this to work
When installed properly, you should not need to rename any folders.
More likely, you've left one of my other UI mods in like BuildCam or Expandable Buildbuy and need to remove them as they're included in BBB.

It would be great if you could make it so when you hovered over a catalog item you get an enlarged preview of the item. A lot of times, I click on an item, but then after placing it realize it didn't look like what I thought it was. Having a enlarged preview though not game changing, would be a nice convenience mod :-)

I love this mod, however, I'm confused about the persistent filter feature. I would have expected this feature to keep all filters active even when using the eyedropper. Is that not the case? I heard you mention about the hide maxis filter being turned off when using the eye dropper, but does this apply to any pack or color filters you have selected as well?

Can I ask how you organized the debug? I would love to recategorize the build and buy (because is actually a mess) and I actually know how to do it with ts4studio but by doing that it makes the entire build/buy appear in game like cc :(

im having a hard time installing, i followed the steps but nothing showing up build mode. All the steps are there but nothing showing up.
How do I make the catalog smaller? I actually like it smaller, cuz it's currently covering half of my screen.

after downloading BBB, my top right toggles are messed up. is there a way to fix it?
idk what's happening but i have to take out every single mod i have for this to work. i tried only using it with MCCC and ui cheats but finally took out those as well. i download everything correctly but it never gave me a pop up saying it worked until it was the only thing in my mods folder.

I keep getting the Organized Debug Install Failed. I have turned UAC off and am still getting the notice. How to fix this please?
An idea for a BBB update would be to allow us to create our own filters for items. That way there is a way to organize different CC packs without making you do all the work. I’m not sure how feasible this is, as I know nothing about modding, but I had the idea and wanted to share it.

***EDIT: My issue is incompatibility with DirectControl mod. You included a compatibility fix for the BuildCamera mod but not the Better BuildBuy mod which also includes the BuildCamera mod....I'm guessing you'd know better TwisterMixi since it's your mod XD***
Hi, I'm not getting the confirmation that organized debug was enabled BUUUUUT, I can confirm with absolute certainty it was installed correctly. I can also see both the script and package mods are enabled in-game through the menu.
I had the camera and extended build menu installed before I realized they are also packaged in this mod and removed them, maybe that was the issue? I reinstalled better BuildBuy twice to no avail, making quadruple sure the mod IS NOT installed too deep into the mods folder and both the BuildCamera mod and Extended Build Menu mods are both uninstalled
