In this video I go over all the Infinity Stones I could find. There's actually a lot more than I thought. Most of them are kinda jokes from video games but others are actually really cool! My favorites are the Genesis, Evolution, War, Nightmare, Chaos, and the Death Stone! Let me know in the comments what your favorite stones are whether they're the original 6 or others! The infinity stones weren't exactly designed for more stones. Not many people realize this but the infinity stones work sort of like rock paper scissors. Some stones power up others, adding more would mess that balance.
Most of the Extra Stones are Jokes
The only exception are the Ego Gem and the Anti-Gems
Ego was added to be some sort of Primordial/Progenitor Gem (it contained Nemesis's Soul/The Being that created the Infinity Gems) Ps: It's no longer canon (as the Infinity Gems now have New Origins)

The thing about these extra infinity gems is that (in the comic continuity) the gems can't be used outside of their own universes, so it can be presumed that in most universes they have roughly the same powers as in 616, just split differently. At least to me

@@the_dragon_gamer8850 Ego holds power in Marvel lets start with that unfair advantage. He was his whole universe, since he is the last alive and he was tethered to it through cosmic level tech. (Romanoff didn't leave long after and even then since he tethered himself he never actually left, all he did was akin to moving your arm through a portal.) Thus no need for being the last alive. He was pure consciousness, that might help in the equation. His body was still synthetic.

I like to think that a White Gem / White Infinity Stone exists and if collected with the Other 6 Infinity Stones then it’ll allow People to use the Infinity Gauntlet’s Power across the Multiverse instead of in just one Universe. I have the Nightmare, Evolution, Genesis, War, Chaos and Death Infinity Stones, and my Marvel Villain Name is Dr Ultimo, originally one Dr Donovan Animo before suffering an accident that fused the Infinity Stones he was researching with him; now, he has a chimera-like body with different body parts based off the original Infinity Stones, like a giant, shadowy claw for the Nightmare Stone and two Deoxys tentacles for the Evolution Stone.

That’s what I keep thinking too except I call it “The Omnipotent Stone”, and I would give it a White Stone Color which will give the other 6 Infinity Stones that ability to work outside one’s own Universe. An Infinity Gauntlet that works across the Multiverse would really come and handy for combating other Multiversal threats stronger than the Beyonders.

well it doesnt, its more of an exaggeration. The aether is one of the stones, yes. The tesseract too, the soul stone is a stretch with "heart" but still makes sense.
The sceptor is only what kept the mind stone, isnt directly the mind stone.
the "necklace" aka the eye of agamotto is also quite far than the actual name.
and the orb is pretty accurate because it just stored the power stone.
Now, if you want the name of the stones, its pretty inaccurate
but with the names of the ORIGIN of the where you first see the stones in the mcu, yeah, its THANOS.
Necklace should actually be eye of agamoto...take note so it doesn't really spell thanos name....he just tried to make it look that way

I made up my own infinity stones when I was bored one day. Multiverse, Aura, Evolution, Gravity, Antimatter and Light. I didn't know 2 of those all ready existed somewhere.

there's ten infinity stones to my knowledge and two infinity gauntlets, one was made for one group of five stones and the other was made for the other. With them all, thanos would have been roughly as powerful as galactus.

But each Gauntlet can have only 4 Gems (with a Total of 8 Gems)
comics with the 6 infinity stones literally overpower almost all comic entities. Save for The living tribunal (teased in the dr strange movie). The stones were simply downgraded in the movies to fit a better narrative. As they havent yet introduced mistress death, adam warlock, or the silver surfer. but 6 stones is way more than plenty to defeat the galactus. Any more is just overkill...

He was fine in the first movie but they completely changed him to be a joke. Kind of like knuckles. Where they dumb him down for the sake of comedic relief. There are 17 stones/gems that are mentioned.
These were all from different universes. The infinity stones are Basically a remote co trol to the universe. They allow you to do literally anything you want even wipe out the entire universe if he chose. Only reason he didnt was because mistress death didnt want h to do so and only wanted half. He only lost because his own ego got the better of him

@@beauxr.benoit1374 Yes. If they used the stones from the comics. The only downside is that they only work in their respective universe so you coudnt really do what Ultron did in the what if series. The infinity stones were not intended to work in that way.

There are more infinity stones than ever appear or are mentioned directly in the comics. The Quarry of Creation contains a nigh infinite number of them and it is where they all come from, divested to the various universes of the Multiverse in Marvel by the Celestials.
Personally I remembered there was one in the Ultimate universe or some story where a user used the reality stone to create a death stone for whoever uses the gauntlet

its funny because these other stones seem to inhibit the same abilities from the main six stones, like death relates to soul, construction relates to reality, ego and nightmare relate to mind. So i dont think it's really necessary having them in the mcu because they are just sub copies of what the main infinity stones can do
