Toyota can you build your own sports cars insteading of giving your heritage cars like the 86 and Supra to other makers. I think Toyota and lexus should build a sport car plant in Japan strictly for their sport cars. Everything built by toyota and lexus, no collaborations. I think toyota should do what HOnda did, and build a sport car plant so enable your engineer to build your own sport cars in house, rather outsourcing parts and building it with another automaker. The Corvette z06 and C8 are built by Chevy, and is doing enormously well.

Fruits of this outsourcing are extremely well build cars like e.g. SUPRA. Why change something what is doing its job well?

You don't understand sportcars are a very small market ?
Not worth making a plant for.

Don't show me this garbage. Still making conventional low tech cars while others have moved on to EVs and self driving. Toyota will go bankrupt soon.

Biggest car manufacturer in the world, they will never go bankrupt.
EV is not the future, most people don't even have the possibility to charge at home, and most countries don't have enough electricity to be totally EV .
Hydrogen and Synthetic fuels are the future, not EV's
