The Two Altars

At Sinai we learnt how we may be in the presence of the Master Yehovah. Those found in his tabernacle would be acquainted with the Altar of the Burnt Offerings. It would speak to his people, his city or those who are near being those who know this altar and put a good kind of flesh to death.
Outside there was another altar, this would seem to be connected to the destruction of those found to be an abomination. All altars will give honour to our Father in heaven, we must just choose which one we get involved in. Rather a life of crucifying the flesh and being found in Him, than one of making ourselves a god and needing the same treatment as the idols of Josiah's reformation or the pulverization of the Golden Calf.
