I'm just trying to find basic info: What ID or proof of address is acceptable to get a mobile contract? I've been through V'fone chatbots, websites etc trying to get this info! It's always the basic info that very few companies are able to put over. Does it help if you're (or if my mother is, in this case) an existing broadband customer?

    4G is slow on Vodafone.
End up having to just come home to use WiFi if you have to do online work.

Vodafone and o2 share a lot of their network, but Vodafone should cover more areas than o2.

In my opinion Vodafone is well worth avoiding. The support seems to be non existent and after canceling you can get hit with charges which they don't tell you about which you only find out if doing a credit reference check.

Vodafone is the worst network I have ever used .
I cant even watch a CZcams video.
I cant even log in to a mobile game let alone play it .
Save your money and don't fall for their bullshit .
They never meet the speeds or standards the advertise .
