Personally, I have no interest in dropping thousands on mass produced 'luxury' watches with sky high margins and all the associated hype. Addiesdive is doing great work IMHO, with the sole exception of the logo and lettering which are plain out of place for some of its watches.
Ive noticed a lot of Chinese brands like this one have upped their game and i noticed their quality control has improved while Seiko upps their prices, can't make their seconds hit the mark often can't get the bezel aligned and cant be bothered changing to sapphire.
Received one from Ali's Spring sale. Beautiful watch ; I chose to wear it on a Milanese mesh bracelet, which adds to the vintage aesthetics. More subdued than the bracelet, more practical than a leather strap to go swimming, and less anachronistic than a rubber band.
I received mine three days ago. I think Addiesdive nailed this one. It's a very well integrated design, and the build quality is flawless. I'm not a fan of bracelets so I ordered mine on the strap. It's a fine strap, albeit a bit "floppy". The lack of rigidity, combined with the rough texture of the suede makes it very hard to slide the end under the keepers. I changed it out for a dark brown, vintage style rally strap which looks amazing!
I've been avoiding divers as it seems a bit over loved to me but for $103AUD i couldn't resist. Is a strap monster i think and having decent lume was a major factor. I purchased via your link.
A very nice Watch. I used your link and my purchase arrived today. £52 for a 200m vintage look dive watch on a bracelet is amazing. Your review is spot on how i have found this watch so far. The bezel alignment is perfect as is it's action on my example. I cannot fault this watch for the price even the bracelet fits my wrist well with 2 links removed. The seiko NH35 movement should hopefully be reliable.
Great review. One feature that I don’t think you covered was are the hands polished silver or gilt finish? They look silver in some shots but gilt in others… think it’s the aged lume tricking my eyes
Make the bracelet all brushed, bezel insert and indices all white or light grey, make the crystal flat, remove the logo and it would look great. Domed crystals and polished links on inexpensive watches try to give a premium look, but they tend to look cheap. It backfires.

I bought one as summer watch, i must say it looks pretty nice and works well. Also tried in the pool and no prob at all
