- Riga village is the oldest and the largest village of adi tribe in arunachal pradesh. located in siang district. Riga village has lower literacy rate compared to Arunachal pradesh. in 2011,literacy rate Riga village was 59.49% compared to 65.38% of arunachal pradesh. in Riga male literacy stands at 61.59 while female literacy rate was 57.14%.
As per constitution of india and panchayati raaj act, Riga village administrated by sarpanch(head of the village) who is elected representative of village.

Total workers are 2,198 depends on multi skills out of which 1,169 are men and 1,029 are women. Total 1,942 Cultivators are depended on agriculture farming out of 1,000 are cultivated by men and 942 are women. 16 people works in agricultural land as a labour in Riga, men are 10 and 6 are women.

Riga oldest village of minyong people as per their history, not so sure about the largest title there are many other villages that could be larger than Riga village in area wise.
