Curry Fish Ball Recipe

Another one of my kids' favourite. Curry Fish Ball is really easy and quick to make (if you buy your fish balls from the supermarket rather than making them on your own). For this Curry Fish Ball recipe, you just need to make the curry sauce, put the fish balls into it and simmer.
Ingredients:
20-30 fish balls
10-15 tou pok/fried bean curd
4 Tbsp shallots
2 Tbsp garlic
200 ml coconut cream
100ml + 500 ml water
4 Tbsp oil
3 Tbsp curry powder
Seasoning:
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp sugar
2 tsp oyster sauce
2 Tbsp soy sauce

Want to make this but a bit confused.
100ml water mixed with curry powder, add another 150ml of water later on, 200ml coconut cream ?

Hi. I listed the amounts in the ingredients wrongly. I've made the changes.
Please use 100ml water mixed with the curry powder.
Then 400-500 ml water (use more or less, depending on how much sauce you like) and 200 ml of coconut cream.
