Pack your bags, we’re leaving here tomorrow
Gonna make a new home a quarter million miles away
I’m having some kind of reaction
A gravitational attraction
Gonna leave this earth, all its doom and gloom
Living on the moon
Close your eyes and look into the future
As we drift out on the sea of tranquility
Why don’t you just come on over
Take a ride in my lunar rover
Solar wind blowing thru your hair up on the dune
Living on the moon
Turn up the transistor, I’m picking up a signal
Somebody’s out there waiting for us to call
I was dreaming about Darth Vader
And I woke up in a crater
Space suit wrapped around me like a warm cocoon
Living on the moon
When I saw you with all the stars around you
We were holding hands, running thru magnetic fields
Set the telescope, we can see
All the clusters and galaxies
Hanging in the air like sweet perfume
Living on the moon
It’s like living in a dream, a fairy tale, fantasy
The cow jumped and the dish ran away with the spoon
