i have both and i cant decide.
for gaming g305 feel better bcus its lighter and the click button separated from the cover shell. the scroll also produce creeky sound
but for Browsing and Office the g603 feel more comfortable bcus its ergonomic, the middle click also lighter

Ive used both and find the g603 more comfy. Spec and performance-wise, they are nearly identical. So its just which one you like ergonomically. I find the g603 more ergonomic, but to each their own.
and the g304 is more budget friendly
Will g305 last long? I have never had a wireless mouse and I have a feeling that they don't last as long as wired mouse. maybe they start to have a delay or something.

the only thing bothering me is the weight of g603. otherwise, it's comfy like you said.
How about the wheel? wich one has the softer wheel to press as a button?

Almost a year late, but here you go: My hand is almost the size as yours and i've been using the 603 for almost two years. I highly recommend it. It's very good and responsive, and while it is a rather heavy mouse with two batteries in it, it is excellent to use all day.

I have the 2 mouses at this moment. Logitech 603 is far better mouse, definitively. Better design, easier to change battery and keep the usb conector, and has the light always on, making easier not to forget turning off when you stop using it. But I decided to use 305, because is more compact. I have a 18cm hand (a medium size) and i use to use my thumb to catch de mouse, and the material of 603 is slippery, and heavier making it very uncomfortable for daily use. Also, the side buttons are very easy to touch accidentally.

@@Frest99 Te respondo en español: El mouse es ideal para palm grip, seguro te va a andar. Mi problema era que yo acostumbraba a levantarlo de la superficie (costumbre o tic nervioso, no se) y se me hacia imposible por el peso y por la superficie resbalosa de los costados. Ademas que sin querer apretaba los botones laterales, que en el 603 son mas grandes.

I have the G603, I use it for 8 hours a day everyday in the High mode with only one battery, and it has lasted 2 months so far, and it can last much longer than that.

well 1 Alkaline AA battery is around 23g according to wikipedia

G603 because you can fit 2AA batteries. More battery life. Like double. I rather not have to change batteries that often
That makes it heavier. If you use only one battery then it would be unbalanced.
From what I can tell, G603 = M510 and G305 = M310. Looking at the specs, they seem similar.
Long story short. G603 is better if you are over 10. No RGB. But very very good mouse
Neither has any RGB. But I agree.
My hand is 20cm long and I'm used to an M585 which is around the same size, even a bit smaller than the g305. I have a fingertip grip, so ir depends also on how you use your mouse

It really depends on you. If you want to have a heavier premium feel go for the g603 but if you want lightweight but kind of plastic feel you can get the g305. Personally, since I last posted this video, I love using the g603 than the G305. Hope this helps!
