Wow, I've never heard of ultrasonic levitation before, nice job!
Thanks if liked please do support
Good work
You need to orientate your six transmitters to converge to a central point. Here you simply put them vertical with same effect as only a single on top and single at bottom.
Oh thanks 👍
🤩 nicely explained, good work bro, keep going 😇
Thanks buddy
This is great, I will give this a shot.
Thanks for sharing mate
Thanks🤩
The number of transmitters does not mean heavier load, more transmitter increase stability of the levitating object. Bigger levitating object bigger transmitter is needed. Plus, the transmitters has to be at a 25-35 degree angle pointing at a converging point; here is a better explanation, 2 transmitter: a straight line up and down, easy to find the zero point in the middle, 4 transmitter: (very hard to do but possible ) 2 up 2 down is a one dimension triangle, and what you have is a 3 sided triangle. the more transmitter you have the shape changes. from the center of each transmitter is one leg of the shape you created. the tricky part is at what degree of tilt will they work best. The bigger the project, the steeper the angle. Try a diamond shape object to levitate. hope this help.
Thank you sir for your suggestions
So Basically having more transmitters means you have to position the transmitters to that their signal converges on a single point?
Meme: Yes you are correct, the convergen point from the transmitters is where the lift happens.
@@buggzp9887bro i have a question if we use only two ultrasonic sensor like he do in 1st attempt and use a 14 v dc adapter instead of 7.4 v battwry then can we increase the effect or power of levitation
@@buggzp9887 and bro i want to know that in the code
Did we have to write what he written after //
For eg
byte TP = 0b10101010; // Every other port receives the inverted signal
noInterrupts(); // Disable interrupts {
PORTC = TP; // Send the value of TP to the outputs
void loop() {
// Nothing left to do here :)

Great content, keep going 👍
Thanks
Best video ❤️✌️
Awesome !!!!!
Nice job.
Thanks sir
I am looking for a cue to make my own ultrasonic microphone. Better if it was of the type that is in contact with any surface like something like private investigators. :) . I need it to detect my neighbors who are making a 'purposeful use of voice suppressor and various noises, 24\24H. You can hear something (but you can hear at a considerable distance but my neighbors are 5 meters away from me divided by the dividing wall), since they use non-professional instruments that work but leave something to be desired. I also perceive so called "quiet" noises and very annoying vibrations. Now I am waiting for a kit to arrive, which is based on "heterodyne," so I will be able to hear (because they are converted into audio audible to the 'human ear) ultrasonic frequencies whether they are animals or people who use them disproportionately ... .
Wait 🫷 I am not that genius to understand what you are saying. If simple it is better.
you should add more ultrasonic sensors and put them in a bowl shaped manner on updside and downside so they could concentrate easily at any object in the mid .....
Yes. Thanks
Pretty cool. What is the mass of the object you levitated and how much power did it take? In other words, what's the efficiency, weight that it can lift per Watt input? I'm wondering how it scales to large objects? I'm sure it's very inefficient, but it would be cool to know how much power you'd need to lift a person.
I don't know the exact weight. Just think about a thermocol ball . And also i dont the lifting ratio.but we can lift heavy objects with Ultasonic levitation
before lifting , such strong waves will most probably shatter the person
Super 😍😍
Are the transmitter and receiver on one module, both usable or only the transmitter?
Yes you can get those from one module
awesome
Thanks
Good explanation dude! Nice work
Thanks for that
4:58 How come you eliminated the aluminum laminated capsule? Did doing so improve the performance?
Using cutter and pliers, Will not affect the distance or performance.
I'm new to all of this and I've 3d printed a holder for the two ultrasonic sensors with a distance of 1 cm, but I tried and it didn't work, so do I have to turn it on and off really fast or something, because I must be missing something.
Not works with relay
How is one of these emitters manufactured? Is it possible to build a larger one?
Yeah i saw some big ones on CZcams
create a metal cover that focuses to one point for each set of the three transmitters. Like a horn shape. The vibrations will be imparted into the metal and will focus the levitation wave i.e. wave pocket.
Well. I will try
FYI.. TIP: By coupling an optical device using the Schlieren effect to a high-frequency camera, and emitting high-frequency, high-intensity sounds, we can visualize the variations in air pressure and therefore see the sound.
I am not that advanced
Thanks 👍
You should angle all the transmitters so that they converge at a point and form a static wave to hover the object 5:32 👍
Thanks 🙏
Sir i need to contruct this project can i get your help for the materials required in this project
Check the video description for that brother. If you need any help contact me
The +/- connections to the transmitters s very important: If one of the transmitters is 180 degrees out of phase with the other 2 the levitator could not focus 3 beams to a point.
Yes.
Try to change angles of transmitter. Use curved shape instead of flat surface.
Oh yeah ☺️
bro in your website you have added the transducer the the same pin why cant we use the different pins??
Then you have to program just like that
I compiled your sketch for an ATTINY88 and it passed. I'm thinking , the Tiny88 and a TA6586. I'll go build it and let you know.
🌻🌻
@@EDISON_SCIENCE_CORNER I ordered the SR04's. I also tried the Tiny85, it would not compile. It would be better to have the Tiny 85, but we will do the Tiny88 anyway.
Can u please say me we can also make with those 28 pin ic base,16pin ic base , 16mhz crystal, 10k resistor??? Y dont u used it?
Please reply
You can use. I used this beacuse of to reduce the complexity
@@EDISON_SCIENCE_CORNER thank you for your reply. Can u also say me whether it will really work if we follow your steps because it's my 12th project which is considered for board exam
We can use this technology and make it more powerful so that we can use it on vechiles with thruster on back for speed . wait can it levitate with only one ultrasonic levitaer please answer
Powerful levitator already available
Can it levitate using only one piece
After making it more powerful can we use it on rc car to make it a levitating car or something , is this possible
Sorry i am not sure about that
Hmm ok if you will get information about that plese informed me 😊
Can I use a receiver and transmiter to levitate small objects?
Sir please Watch the video or read the article you will get the answer .
@@EDISON_SCIENCE_CORNER I watched the video but in another videos they are using only transmiters so I wasn't sure.
Btw great video I will build it.
During ultrasonic operation, can you feel a noise or slight vibration? Thank you very much.
Yes we can hear tiny noises
@@EDISON_SCIENCE_CORNER Okay. I am curious I have to open two capsules (to start then later I will increase) and proceed with the project. :)
How do you know which of the two is the sound emitter?
You can buy seperately
🔥🔥🔥
Thanks
Can you spray some dust in the air, and film this interaction in slow motion? You should essentially see the nodes.
I will try to make a videoo
I was trying to replicate the project. But I was not able to levitate anything. Then, I realized that I am not getting any output at the output ports of the driver circuit since my multimeter is not showing any voltage. That could be the reason why I am not able to levitate. But otherwise the driver circuit is working fine with simple motor arduino codes. Is there anything that I am missing out?
This is a working circuit. Maybe you messed up with the connections. So check again and try again
Can we actually increase the distance to make it more taller
No 😞
@@EDISON_SCIENCE_CORNERI would like to say thanks. And I did some research so this phenomena was caused by standing waves. So yes you can make it taller but the acoustic pressure will be really less
Actuaaly the distance between the transmitters were not correct due which levitational force was not produced as the force of levitation is produced when the ultrasonic waves of the top and the bottom transmitter meet and form a single wave. To do that you must keep the transmitters at different distance from each other and find just the right distance for levitional force to be produced
Thank you bro
@@EDISON_SCIENCE_CORNER My pleasure
Can we use speaker that is above 32 khz to levitate?
With this circuit and code we can't
@@EDISON_SCIENCE_CORNER ok sir can u do one video on that please?
Everything is okay. But can you please tell the distance between transmitter after you attached every other components
Didnt understood
Bro place the transmitter at an angle. It will work.
Yes
Where u r frm bro ...
Kerala, India
can i use 9v battery
You can use
can i copy the code from website to aurdino app directly ?
Yes
can you write all of materials name please this is very important for my project
edisonsciencecorner.blogspot.com/2020/06/blog-post_18.html?m=1
You should take upper cover of the sensor
Then find a result
I already did that
How many weight can ultrasound lift?
Very little.?
What is the type of jumper wires
What you mean
@@EDISON_SCIENCE_CORNER Male to female or male to male or female to female?
❤️
❤️
you should put little drops of water in it to levitate
Yes sir
The 3 sensors should be pointed in 1 poit
thanks bro
Can you provide the code you used in arduino
Code link is given in the video description
Hey I have thought what if you increase the distance between them so that you could get the perfect region where node and antinode do not meet
Not worked for me
See: czcams.com/video/XpNbyfxxkWE/video.html for why the setup with 3 inducers might have failed.*
Edit: And also the precautions you should make.
Edit 2: czcams.com/video/So2VK5xnLyI/video.html might also explain why your setup failed.
Edit 3: You might want to search _"ultrasonic transducer"_ on eBay. There I found for ~17€ (+free shipping) an 60W transducer means for about ~34€ you have a real powerful setup. Which is a lot more expensive than using those modules (I found one offer for 10 modules for 10€, means each transducer ... if you are using both sides cost you 0,5€. But IMHO those 20 are combined less powerful than the other setup)
*=Ok, in case it wasn't clear. If you are even a tiny bit out of the area of the standing wave, then it will not work. Even tiny height differences might break the setup.
You might want to build it in a way you can change the height precisely after you installed them.
Do you have access to a 3D printer?
Thanks sir
What program did you write for the arduino?
You can find that code from discription
Does it notice which ends of the speakers are connected to each other?
Follow the circuit diagram
Where can I get the code
Link is in the discription
What is the distance between the transmitters?
1cm
@@EDISON_SCIENCE_CORNER Thank you very much I built it and it worked.
If you can share pics with me 9946706059 whatsapp
@@EDISON_SCIENCE_CORNER i did the same thing but mine is not working
what if i supply 9V instead of 7.4?
Its okey to power with 9v
I tried it even I got a minute noise from sensor but it's not working why?
You have to adjust the distance between sensors
Bro code plz
Check the description
Hmm, maybe you need to properly measure the distance the two ultrasonic speakers are... then you'd know for sure where the node is.
The dust idea is also great I think.
Thanks buddy
sir i made but its not working
ReCheck connections and adjust the length
Bro you can give free ultrasonic sensor to me
Yes
The size of the object you wish to levitate must be smaller than half the frequency of the transducers. @ 40K the object can't be larger than 4mm. This video may help you: czcams.com/video/vURtf8uGsFg/video.html
Thanks for sharing this info
