Watching the interview I became frustrated with the interviewer. He never really let Danu explain streaming/pubg/gaming properly and to me did seem a bit condescending - but I don't think he had bad intentions, he just tried too hard to be funny imo!

Ooh Wacky! You read my mind! At first I was frustrated at him and then realized since he knows nothing (like John Snow), he wanted to be funny over being informed about what's gaming/streaming.
Yes, people (me included) give money to watch you (streamers) play. As we pay when we go see sports team play. People are not used to that yet.

This is better than any late night show we have in America. The host actually asked a lot of great questions. The interview was longer than 12 seconds. And he was very funny. Great spot.

@@rosalita0910 Agreed. Danucd has a nice clean setup. My gaming setup is shared by connections for my work laptop and a sound mixer with music laptop. 2 laptops and 2 desktops can get pretty crowded.

When he asked if you can watch for free, you said yes but you didn’t tell him that if you watch for free you are forced to watch ads which is another part of how you earn money. He just understood that you dont earn anything from people that watch for free.
I thought you did great in your interview. I liked the part where you explained how you can spot cheaters the most.

Well deserved that's what I should say at first - thanks to you people might start to think in the other way about games. Even more when she's speaking her native language. Also what I should mention is that TV show, I really like the format of that, especially when he come at her home and play PUBG. This is something what building something like a bond with viewers and also helping other people which are not really playing video games. Keep it up good work Dana :)

I bet it was interesting experience. The host did a good job, he was funny when needed and didn't ask anything rude. You handled it very well, i could see you are nervous tho, perhaps the language barrier was the problem? Keep up the good work.
Exactly, although nervous she handled it perfectly fine, and the host kept a great pace for a 20 min interview, funny and light and kept her engaged

it's not Russian at all, people just assume it.
Latvia is one of the Baltics country which is next to Scandinavian countries, so it's 20% like Scandinavian and 70% our own
