- Distance: 8.9km
Ascent: 782m
Duration: 8 Hours
Cadair Idris is a peak I have been wanting to climb for many years and what better way to head up there than via the multi-pitch climbs of Table Direct and Cyfrwy Arete. The film includes to dramatic Drone Shots of the climb including some free soloing of the route.

Well done guys.🏴
O MY DAYS... The climbing looks sooooo scary... What a video. Well done 👏
Great video, will be climbing Cadair Idris in October but certainly won't be going the way you went , fair play.
Enjoy! Its a superb mountain!
Wow - I’m so impressed with your climbing skills! I’ve got no head for heights so it looks terrifying but spectacular. Another cracking film.
Thank you! :D
Managed to stream this from our dolomites mountain hut. As always brilliant video and class drone footage.
Impressive ascent of the Table. I've heard that the rock can be very loose?
Thank you! Yeah it was loose in places on both climbs.
That was brilliant Joe, very exciting. I did enjoy some scrambling in north wales many years ago and was recently on Cadir with my son in law. This was one I always fancied but though it a bit beyond me as I’m sure it was. Maybe I should ask my much younger brother to help me achieve it as he is a climber.
Cheers.
Its a superb combination of routes. Definately worth doing! I found the scree as the bottom of the crag the worst bit, followed by a short down climb off the 'Table'. Other than that it was perfection!
Well done Joe, fantastic drone footage.
