Yo I felt this...I went all the way up to 332 lbs, I got down to 268 I put a few back on after holidays. I dont have diabetes but my blood pressure is kinda high, gets to do. Better, and thisbis inspiring.

Yep putting off the surgery where they gotta pull out my heart to put a titanium cajun and itâs hard to talk to doctors wearing a mask and all the good ones quit over the past couple years that were trying to schedule me for the last 20 Ran out of time it seems at the wrong time waiting for technology to catch up now donât know if these guys are good enough to keep me alive or if theyâll put me in a wheelchair itâs easier to go to the hospital for surgery when youâre already knocked out from blood loss or something where they just take over because youâre incapacitated and even that time they screwed up and had to have the operation done again and donât know anyone thatâs had surgery and not complications later seems like they always end up in a wheelchair taking tons of medication and theyâre dead now
I ĂĄm so happy for him. His personality stayed BIG and doing a great job.

I tell my nutritionist and friends - my biggest issue is I am just a guy that vibes with whatever my people are doing - Healthy, Cool LFG - Unhealthy, Cool LFG - then I found out we were more often than not unhealthy & again⊠Downward trend on my health.

It's great to lose the weight jus do it without surgery. Cleansing the colon will get rid of taste for toxic foods. I can attest to it I love eating healthy and wouldn't dare go back. HEALTH IS WEALTH âđŸâđŸâđŸđ€đ€đ€â„ïžđ€đ
