      He just did not want surgery because he was afraid of it, it was his choice whilst Barcelona wanted him to do the surgery.
      Same for umtiti even though the injury was different.
      Then he had regular minutes under Xavi, he complained, he chose to go and he played even less
      Anyway anyone can see that he do not have his acceleration anymore. He lost it. It is not only in his head

      Stop parroting this false narrative, Gavi has 1 major injury which he’s still recovering from he’s not ruined. Balde the same lol he relapsed from a stupid challenge after we already won the title in 22-23. Fati once again another foul that only leaves room to fault the club and Fati himself over the way his rehabilitation was carried out not the minutes he played. Pedri sure but that was also Spains fault which thankfully they now recognise along with the club. Yamal is playing so much cause he has no rotation options worth his salt at 16! Ansu most confusing case was his poor mentality and low conference, I think since he went to brington and understood that he needs to fight for him to be able to play, I think we should give him a chance, and one important thing that the coache needs to sit with him and ask him where he sees himself playing more comfortably, because one of the worst things is we play him 3 to 5 different positions that way he'll get destroyed even more, we can still rely on him as one of our key finishers

    This is pretty straightforward, renew his contract to 2028/9 on less salary but similar total money. then give him a whole season - included and actively part of the squad instead of spending minutes on Ferran or Felix.
    Sell Ferran instead, everyone can see Ferran for all he is. While Ansu can easily be better than that. If Ansu doesn't perform after this season, we sell him. Ansu right now can't fetch more than 20 or 30 million, Ferran can bring-in at least 30.
    Ansu deserves a proper chance, no ultimatums - just football, at least for his sacrifice, not to mention Xavi did him dirty. And honestly, on lesser wages he can stay on the bench till 2030. If Hazard or Kaka can pull that off, Ansu is more deserving, and only 21. Plus, we've stuck with Roberto haven't we? Why`s everyone in a rush to see the back of Ansu?

    Had the chance to sell at United, gave him an insane salary while he won nothing, then he refused to follow the advice of our medics and finished his career. Just take the loss and move him to B team or the bench. He will never ever leave, nobody will pay him those money. A new loan is very improbable. Let Felix, Ferran go and use Fati. If you have the chance, sell him, we need those money, he needs to rebuild his career at his own pace with his own medics.

  • @atroxozaur
    @atroxozaur Před 6 dny

    Honestly hard topic. Personaly, i don't think he'll come back. After so mamy injuries in such little time, he would need a LOT of time, without any pressure. This is just not possible at Barcelona. Also he hadn't been in a good shape for long time. Even with Ferran being not good, Fati still falls at the bottom of the list, while new youngsters are climbing the ladder to first team. He should just leave, Sevilla could be a good way, with ex Barcelona coach ahead, and Sevilla wanting to re-build team completely, he could be solid there.

      Lol no. He was atrocius for majority of the full season he got under Xavi. He cant dribble anymore. He doesnt have that agility and acceleration. He cannot be a target man as a striker. He is more of a second striker who can only now play in inside spaces where u can linkup and take a shot. Thats it. That ansu is long gone . He will have to transform his playstyle massively to revive his career under any manager.

  • @Cavisek
    @Cavisek Před 8 dny

    I think it is worth giving him a year with Hansi. He has already shown that he can "fix" players. Thiago Alcantara was injured all his life. Hansi somehow made a beast out of him and he played most of the season while probably being the most important player in a team that won everything that year (except Lewy, of course).
    I think Ansu is very similar to Gnabry in the way he plays. So I would give him another year. Gnabry was the TOP (I mean TOP) player in the world when Flick was his coach. After he left... where is Gnabry now? I even forgot this player existed until I started writing this comment.
    One more year... and then we will decide. But I really think Hansi is the coach who can fix Ansu, make a pure beast out of Pedri & Gavi.... and what I hope most - make the best LO out of Balde. Alphonso Davies was also a mess before Flick. He came in and got some sh*t on that side...and when he left Alphonso was already the best player in the world at his position.

    I appreciate all Barca players but Ansu never had that difference maker aura about him, good finishing for a short spell. Yamal is different, Pedri too. Probably terrible decision to give him #10 so soon for such a short performance.

  • @ricaard6959
    @ricaard6959 Před 6 dny

    We demand too much of young players, that's why Ansu Flopped, it's why Bojan flopped and it's why the likelihood of Pedri, Gavi and Yamal going down the same route is extremely likely, more so than them fulfilling their potential.
    I always said the biggest mistake for Ansu was choosing Spain over Guinea Bissau. As a young player he needed those few weeks of the international break to rest or at least play football at a lower tempo and quality which would help him keep his sharpness and learn something new which is the very opposite of what Spain offers.
    Mind you, I've watched Ansu, the only thing that's gone from his game is confidence, that's it. His touch is still sharp, he's still quick (though not as rapid as before, obvs he had a knee injury ofc) and his eye for goal is still there. Why he failed at Brighton was that he was being used as a pure winger and not an inside forward as he was at Barca, which makes his loan move even more perplexing, because he was on form at Barca those last matches at the end of the season before his move.
