Build your career ( if you wanna go all the way to doctorate do it and get done at 26!) 5. Get into a serious rlnship at age 28, give birth at 30, give birth back to back if you want kids.

Speaking authoritatively and as a learned friend and saved individual it is very possible to be completely healed from depression and eventually do away with the counseling all together. You cannot fully deal with depression if you do not look into your spiritual life ... The medication, counseling have their place but they are not 100%. This is why people who are depressed get relapses. By spiritual life I mean having a relationship with God not these eastern meditation stuff. Eventually, you will get deliverance. Deliverance is the turning point. What I realised is that people want the benefits God can offer without wanting a relationship with him (that is, seeking God's hand only instead of his face). The good book does not lie ... Seek ye first the kingdom and all these things ... Likewise, people are very insistent on sex before marriage. However, they see and pertake the consequences of their actions. God is the ancient of days, he knows why he gives us boundaries but humans are keen on violating them to their detriment. These boundaries are for our own protection. These 5 minutes of pleasure (even if a relationship spans a couple of years) are costly ... Among the points of attack is our peace of mind

Intermittent fasting helps greatly with weight loss , I lost 5 Kgs I had been struggling to lose for a while over a month so I can vouch for it but then again maybe it does not work for everyone
