Yes say it louder in the back bc this needs to be heard ❤❤
You are a beautiful soul. ❤
I really love your open mind & heart , I completely support your message & intelligence, once I do social media I'll support you ❤
I love your words so much 🙏🏼✝️💜 As a white girlie it warms my heart to see someone who’s not out to get me… It seems that people of color who don’t know me automatically assume that because I’m white I will be toxic towards them because I’m not the same color as them, etc. but the truth is I actually have more black friends than white… 💜 I think it is so lovely when people let down those bitter barriers & see the truth. Any person can have this hateful closed minded view of others, not just one or the other. We need to open our eyes to our behaviors & be loving towards each other 🙏🏼
I adore you. Your videos and attitude should be GOALS for all to think better!!
I'm sorry, I'm Cuban and we have racism but not at the American level, I have a doubt (also English is not my first language). Isn't breed extremely offensive? We refer only to breed for animals, for people is just race. Just asking to learn
Yes, it's offensive
Yes it is.
I should probably clarify. There is a use for a phrase like "I'm a different breed of human" but it's never in relation to race. It's in relation to personality or morals, etc. It translates to "type of person" but should not be used to refer to race.
@@m0L3ify yeah, exactly what I thought! Like in Spanish raza is just one word that it means the same as breed or race, but definitely not in English, that's why I thought it's extremely offensive to use it to refer a person, is dehumanizing. Thanks a lot for the clarification, so when I hear that expression I know what people are referring to 🤗
@@MonicaSakura9 No problem! Cheers! 😊
Smart lady! 🥰
Just got my bonnets! Love them!!!
I love your positive message. I wish more people would think this way. Thank you. Stay Blessed
Love the message.❤
❤ your messages and love your bonnets.. long time fan new customer 😊
Thanks for making this video and thank you for making it in such a kind, respectful, and thoughtful way. When I was doing my undergrad degree in Psychology, We talked about racism, cultural competence, and diversity. In one class My professor called me racist because of my opinion on affirmative action, which is that the way it's executed in some schools is racist and I think it should be expanded and regulated. There are so many groups that are at a serious disadvantage when applying to college. For example, people with disabilities, children of immigrants, and people living way below the poverty line. Socioeconomic factors are a bigger factor than race when it is comes to college admissions. I was told by a white philosophy professor only white people can be racist because they have the power. Her also told me I am 100% racist because my dad is racist. This guy was out of touch. This encouraged a few of my classmates to gang up on me. People have this mindset that if someone is getting something it means something is being taken from them. I think that plays a part in people not wanting to share their culture. Cultural appropriation is when someone is using elements of a culture to making money without acknowledgment, to mock the culture, or disrespect. It's become a buzz word, but it's actually a sociological concept. Personally, I feel offended by Olive Garden claiming their food is authentic Italian food, but you don't see my trying take down Olive Garden. I also had a sociological professor from South Africa who argued with a student that black people can be racist. Sorry for that long comment. I was really touched by your video.
Agreed with most of what you said. I’m sorry you were targeted in class. (Been there for different reasons. It’s very isolating.)
As for Olive Garden, my friend’s husband used to be a manager there. They actually sent him to an Italy to learn some of the culture and foods. Don’t know if that changes your perspective at all, but thought I’d share.
@@BlueDauntless I’m honestly not that bothered by it. That’s awesome that they got to go to Italy. People love that place and they employ a lot of people. They aren’t disrespectful to my culture. Their food just isn’t as authentic as they say. I was just making the point that people will take cultures and adapt them. It’s always been that way. No real hate toward Olive Garden. Since we are on Italian food, I am pretty sure they got pasta from China. It’s all good.
I'm a mutt. I know very few people who aren't. Not sweatin' what everyone else thinks, I know what's in my heart.❤
I love your message. Also, not everyone who was white back in the day owned slaves or thought it was right. So its wrong to look at my skin tone and automatically assume that my ancestors done yours wrong. My family heritage involves simple farming folk who worked for what they had. My great great grandparents whom i got to talk to personally and hear stories of their ancestors as well, Never condoned slavery or understood racism. So it breaks my heart when i get judged outta the gate bcz im lacking in melanin lol 😅
Thank you for speaking out🥹💜
Your a amazing person and thank you
Love the talk! Have you seen my email yet?

Who is Ida B.Well?
Who is Nat Turner?
There is a difference between racism and prejudice. Anyone can be prejudiced, but racism implies that you have enough power to negatively impact the lives of persons, or communities, or populations.
That’s a sub definition of racism. You’re talking about systemic racism.
Any person can be racist.
My beloved sister Harriet Tubman said she could have freed many more slaves only if they had known they were slaves may her soul rest in peace and may peace and blessings be upon his family in the name of TMH🌌🌅
