Great video. It just makes me wonder why they still want another kebab or clothes shop opening up when there's so many around all ready!!
Would love to see something different opening up rather than the usual bar or cafe with the same music blaring out 😊

Wonder if there is a tour of mini marts and kebab dives-that should take some weeks and a ruined holiday. ❤
You could fill a (very miserable) fortnight or more's holiday doing that for sure! And don't forget to throw in the dodgy tech shops owned by a certain community too 😉📱🙈🎧
That sounds like a version of Cluedo, working out which kebab poisoned you and which mini-mart extracted the most money, you should patent the idea Marion - hope all goes well with you, I suspect you will be in Benidorm before me. 223/365

My brother and sister in law came out to see me in Feb and stayed at the C del M, it looks like a lovely hotel. I know its hard work but whilst you are out there keep Bendiorm & Beyond on the straight and narrow ... you know what she is like when she gets the bit between her teeth!🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

In the UK if you wanted to change a former clothes shop into a bar or restaurant you would need to get planning permission to change the use of the premises. Does anything similar happen in Spain - the changes appear to take place so quickly!
I really don't know the answer to that one Ged, but there always seems to be huge amounts of red tape and paperwork for anything that goes on in Spain.. yet the businesses change hands seemingly so quickly and easily as you say! Too tough for me to fancy being a business owner.. 🤔🇪🇸
Great video it's nicer in Beni now, except for the English square and the surrounding degradation. pity those dirty, rip off convenience stores and the Chinese tat shops have to keep opening. they send the local business area down a peg or 2.

There's far too many of them in Benidorm in my opinion and they're always empty, Don't know how they make enough money to just pay the rent.

And Popeyes was terrible 😢
I was so excited to try their food but it was soooo disappointing 😞
The burger I got, the chicken was a bit pink, I'll stick to KFC or McDonald's for the chicken.
Yes, the mini marts in particular are becoming a scourge IMO, and also they're such a rip off, as nothing's ever priced! Sorry to hear about Popeye's, what a shame it was awful.. but thanks for trying it for me so now I know not to! 😕💔🍗😘
