Start at 2:00 mark
You have my full attention. When the time does come, I will definitely start out with 1machine for at least 2months and possibly add on 2 more every two months. My goal is to move out of the projects within 1 yrs time or a little more depending upon how I catch on
Sounds like a great plan!
Hi Any updates? did you start?
wow! I'm listening this video. You are great!
Wow, thank you!
Hello there again I don’t own a car. I have seen these huge carts in Home Depot. How many would you suggest to buy in order to load a machine. Example, drinks and snacks
You will definitely need a car to service your machines, FYI. I am not sure which carts you are specifically referring to but my course does provide the resources for you to purchase the proper equipment to start and grow your business.
Scheduling a call. Ready to start multiple locations.
Great, I look forward to speaking with you!!
I get it! I am and will be responsible for all products. The person is just going to be my driver. It’s all good
Sounds good!

Different places have different decision makers. For example who do you ask for at a school vs at a corporate office or car dealership?
Yes, that's correct. More importantly than knowing who the decision maker is, in my opinion, is your strategy to replace the existing vending machine currently at given locations. Check out this video link to learn more about strategizing ---------> czcams.com/video/vycbn6lQNEE/video.html
And to directly answer your question; School decision maker - depends on if it's a school-based-decision, that would be the Principal, or if it's a district-based-decision, Corporate Office decision maker - It could be a number of folks; CEO, Facilities Manager, Human Resources, it varies, and Car Dealership decision maker - It could be the Owner, General Manager, or Human Resources.
Thank you for watching my video, Adwait!!
@@healthyvending Thanks Ryan. Keep up the good work!
AJ!! It just hit me that this was you. I definitely will, thank you!
Don’t worry, I will be coming after you after I take an early retirement in 7yrs
I look forward to it, Desiree!
It’s ok, I understand
How many machines would it take to create financial freedom? Wow! This will be something for me to think about when, I leave my job when the time comes.
That answer is different for everyone so that's up to you, not me :)
You mean to tell me, if I amount up to 6or 7 machines, it won’t be that much? That’s the amount I actually want.
To me I want to make $1000/week in profit. That’s my big goal over the next year. I’m focused on finding a bunch of smaller locations unless I manage to land a big client. I expect it will take at MOST 20 locations at $50 profit/week. These locations are kind of like the ‘low hanging fruit’ he speaks of. Pretty easy to obtain. They probably shouldn’t be your end goal, but they are nice when getting started in this business.
Hey Caleb, your numbers aren't far off from what the traditional vendor would seek to do and can be obtained. My question is, because 20 locations is a ton of a work in 1 week for only $1,000 in profit when it comes down to it. I'm sure you've heard the term, "work smarter, not harder", and that's exactly what I teach my clients. How to get into high foot-traffic locations (300+ consumers), replace the existing vending machines, and you could hit your goal of $1,000 of profit with 4 - 6 machines instead of 20.
@@healthyvending How much is your course? I’m interested in finding bigger clients
Question: if one wants to stop doing the vending business, can that person give their business to a family and transfer everything in their name. I plan to get into your vending accelerator , for 12-15yrs. I have a son in law who wants to do it later. I thinking about handing my business over to him after 12-15yrs
Of course, you can simply transfer ownership to a family member, if you choose to. Or sell a profitable business, there are platforms that can help sell businesses and vending routes any where in the US.
You mean to tell me you can help arrange someone to place my snacks in the machines that I may own.
Arrange for someone to restock your machines? No, I definitely don't do that. Hiring someone is fairly simple and, unlike in the past, you can hold them accountable because of the technology with today's machines.
I have someone whose willing to be my driver. Just tell me how that works when you do that
I definitely feel hiring someone now, and before you even have a business, is a bit premature as this takes away from your profits. You also want to do this with your business initially so that you learn the business inside and out, set your standards, etc. before ever bringing in an employee, or employees.
I got your new videos. It took me a while to understand the blueprint. Please send it to me
Hi Desiree, send what to you?
Hi I’m interested. How can I be in contact with you? Thank you

What are your thoughts doing a vending machine business in india
I know very little about India so I can't say that I'd be the best to ask on this. I do know from culture to culture consumers like convenience and snack/drinks at affordable costs so I believe that this would work anywhere. The question is the current vending landscape, what does that look like? Meaning; junk-food/traditional vending, is healthy vending a thing at all there, etc. I'm happy to have a conversation with you, if you'd like. what's financial freedom?
This is having enough income coming in for your living expenses for the rest of your life without having to be employed or be dependent on others. That's the goal, right?
@@healthyvending yes!
I forgot, you get your products sent to your house. My job would be to put the products into the machine and wipe them off inside and out
Yes, you would need to store some products at home, typically. In addition to restocking the machines, keeping them clean, you would also be responsible for general maintenance. The machines that I recommend my clients purchase do come with lifetime tech support and my course has online training, troubleshooting, and more, included.
This is awesome!
Thank you, Kaitlin ;)
That’s my dad! But I’m on my step dads youtube account.
Thanks for the comment, honey, I love you!
How much is the insurance upon every machine or is it included upon our purchase? I would like own at least 7. Would these amount of machines be good in getting into financial freedom. I know I would have to start out small and end up well. I know I would have to start out with 1machine for at 2months. The rest will be 3 until I get up to 7
Insurance is pretty inexpensive, around $5-$8 per machine, per month but know that insurance companies have policy minimums. For example, if the minimum is $500 you may only start with 1 or 2 machines and a $500 annual premium ($42/mo.) but you premium won't move much, or at all, as you add on machine 3 and more.
So between taxes, insurance, the owners share, snack restocking, price of machine license fees ect... is it even worth it?
Hey Mac! Absolutely it is and this goes hand-in-hand with the quality of locations (i.e. 300+ daily consumers, removing existing vending machines, etc.) Check out this video to learn more about how much a successful healthy vending business can make ------> czcams.com/video/6aw0n1oTrcA/video.html
