Wow, I am totally in love with the one you called Grandpa's room. It is beautiful. That goes to show you that is we all have different tastes, and perspectives..not only about coloring but everything in life. What a smart thing to give yourself the freedom to sacrifice a page you know you won’t do. I’m gonna be like you when I grow up. Lol. I also need to keep reminding myself that I only started coloring in July. I keep thinking I should have more completed pages.
That tee-pee picture with all the beautiful trees and shrubs and grass, and the page next to it,the terrarium are my favorites of this video. They are both so gorgeous! Thanks for sharing the finished pages.
I'm not going to get the U.S version of her books again. They are glued in and if you color too close to the center, the books fall apart . From now on I'm going to get the U.K version. They are sewn in and can lay almost flatter.

I know exactly what you mean when you were saying how you look at how other people have colored pages and you're like, I could never do that! I just recently got back into coloring and I'm fairly good at it, but the way I became familiar with Johanna Basford is by watching coloring videos, and right away I ordered Worlds of Wonder and Rooms of Wonder, and I haven't even colored one page yet! I just keep flipping through the pages lol! I love Johanna's work so there are plenty of pages that I want to color, but I get stuck when I start thinking about which colors to use, and I'm sitting here wondering how other people choose their colors and make it look cohesive! I've spent a lot of time looking at color palette ideas and I'm still stumped! I guess I just love Johanna's coloring books so much that I'm scared to start laying color down because of my fear of messing it up! Ugh! I know I've got to let go of that worry and just pick a color scheme and go for it because it's not like I am bad at coloring! Idk why I can't seem to get over that hump, it's like a wall put up in my mind!

Beautiful pages. I like the Color it gel pens. I got Castle Art gel pens in December. I really like the dark colors, but the lighter colors are scratchy.

I have the color it gel pens that are alright but I really love the gelly roll gel pens, also I LOVE your tent page in worlds of wonder, and how you add stuff to your pages I think imma start trying to sketch things as well to make it more my own.

Hi my name is Sonya I really think you should finish your art with your coloring it is good I'm always afraid to show my work cuz I I sound like a little kid but I don't know how people feel that show my art
She has some great pages, and the books are nice to work in. What bothers me is how much she recycles her work. I just think considering how many books she sells, and how devoted her fans are, it's not that difficult to give us something new.
