Hard agree
add also "Snow White and the 7 Dwarves fans"!
or basically the last track on any of their albums, always an epic. Transmissionary for example!🤗😄
This has by far become my favourite lightningbolt song. That intro is so atmospheric
Agree.. The intro gives me goosebumps..
I'm just getting into this now.

I feel like I just drank a gallon of rainbow colored rage.
Hitler works at ableton moron.
This dude is the jimi hendrix on Drums.. Genius!

WHAT A FUCKING FREIGHT TRAIN JUGGERNAUT DISPLAY OF BATSHIT BADASSERY!!!!
Anyone seen these guys live? They're fucking insane live, honestly worth it
Was going to see them in Finland but it got cancelled because of Covid :((
Yes. It was the greatest gig I've ever been too. 15 years ago and my ears are still ringing!
Saw them at FYF when this album just came out 😎
@@chrisacres Wicked!! Yeah same here man! In terms of energy, best gig I've been to
Did so recently, nearly got hit by a broken drum stick, good times.
Two-piece set on point. Crowd was vibin as much as the band. So are we intaking this later.
Real music know no bounds.
I'll intake this song for life homie.
I don't even know what to say man. This is just on another level
One of the best renditions of this song I've ever heard.
It's better than the original
I wish I could live in that moment of 1:27 for the rest of my life.
maybe get more mileage out of 7:02 (o;
Im stuck at 2:12 at .05 playback. Shit hits hard!!!
@@BLOODLUSST666 why would you ever slow this band down? Love all these spots though, to each their own.
@@22neohenry I listen to certain songs between normal, .75, and .05 playback speed. The results vary.
@@22neohenry to be fair, they play this song way faster live than they did on the record
Everything about them is just perfect, this couldn't work any other way. I bet they are the nicest people ever. Fuck yeah
Holy shit, these guys slay.
I only got to see 15 minutes of them at day for night. It was the best 15 minutes I ever got to see of them. I want to see them 80 more times.
Never has a song title been more apt.
Nine months later the drum kit gave birth to her firstborn son
Is it called bongo ?
it´s a little cowbell!
In their documentary The Power of Salad and Milkshakes (I think its called) their fans/friends/family talked about how bad they smelled. The drummers mom makes him strip off his clothes and throw them in the washer, and makes him shower when he comes over. 😂
THis is blissfull for them.. the opitimy of having fuuun doin what they do.. you guys are an inspiration !
Not Here: *epitome
Ever emotion is felt during this song Epic
This is nice. No frills, just Grimes dancing peacefully in the background.
One of the best musical events featuring the fastest drummer at the time, 24 kt Heavy Metal
this fucks me up, wanna give him a hug
That went from 0-666 in a second
The intro was beautiful as well as the song
Greatest drum and bass out there!
Los amo muchachos, me devolvieron la fe en la música.

Fun fact Can’t go back to the studio version after this.

how can i fall asleep to this but not my neighbors laughing at 2 am
They are my spiritual guides ❤
Y sólo me resta por recordar una frase que leí en un magazine hace más de 20 años refiriéndose a una banda de la que no recuerdo su nombre: "estos weyes hacen puro pinche ruido"
thanks poopa the legend
Brilliant
No phones.
Sois los mejores 🐌👍
0:27 just about to see a pattern here, brain is really a fast pacer. gnaaaah, figarouh !
Yup
Yeah Same
Holy fucking shit this was amazing
Instantly stonedddd
Tasty.
nice
Most drummers, if they think the rest of the band started the song too slow or too fast, will try to ease into the tempo the song should be at.
But Chippendale here is just like "nah fuck you Brian have fun with your fingers lol"
how the fuck is this even possible
Jupiter is hell.
Helius Creedy-y-like, any one? Great stuff!
this fuckin rocks i think gabriel might like this one
lightning bolt fucken kick ass \m/
PRIMITIVE
The fact their are women in the front row makes me so happy.

2:56 🥁

👀👀👀
WidefuckinOPEN!!!!!!!
7:03 its the end of the world
how can bass make that sound ! what pedal ?
Matteo Mirri he uses like 3-4 diff pedals
do you know what pedals ?
click the second link ;)
Matteo Mirri *DigiTech Bass Whammy pedal
* BOSS OC-2 Octave pedal
* BOSS ODB-3 Bass Overdrive pedal
* BOSS SD-1 Overdrive pedal
* Line 6 DL-4 Delay modeler
+Matteo Mirri Most of his tone comes from his amps though. The sound of the speakers being driven to hell combined with the octave pedal are like his signature bass tone.
does the bass player tap dance too?
How to make bass sound like this?
Massive amounts of distortion and a whammy pedal
@@phatreece7679 thnx
Aaaaahhhhhhh!!!! Eyedontneedanyfuckin' Ritalin!!! I have these drums
I don’t even know if I liked this but I felt like I drove past a fatal car accident and had to rubberneck...
ihan ok biisi
Keith moon is back
And he’s on acid
No comments? Are you kidding me?
im sorry but this blows the studio version out of the water
Apology accepted.
The Brusov ship version as well... I feel like the album versions are sketches and live performance is where they rock out. They got covid 2 days before the show I was suposed to see them at 😢
Poopa
Totally depressing , hopeless, disturbing, chaotic , black, horrifying, devoid of God, devoid of positivity, devoid of greatfullness. Am I wrong?
Is that what they're going 4?
I think you are wrong, yes. I don't see how it's disturbing, hopeless, depressing, devoid of positivity, or horrifying, and I don't really understand why you're mentioning God or greatfullness at all? Most music doesn't really mention God or have anything to do with greatfullness, as far as I can tell. I agree the music is chaotic, but I'd also say that it's energetic, technically impressive, cathartic, and hypnotic. The only negativity I can see here is from you. People enjoy this music and that means that it has value. Just because you don't enjoy it doesn't mean it's devoid of positivity or artistry or anything else.
The lyrics are about realising that change is coming and what person is going to face up to it
@@mynameiscian8D great comment. Lightning Bolt are my Chaotic Euphoria - Euphoric Chaos. Saw them in London recently and was completely blown away with the Brians their sound is something else indeed!
@@dal1483 Oh awesome, I really hope I can catch them live sometime (preferably soon)!
Guys it’s probably some 50 year old catholic guy who listens to frank sinatra and Elvis every day
I'm 2 and a half minutes in and I'm wondering when this jam session is gonna turn in to a fucking song.
Fast forward to minute 5. Still waiting. Oh wait, something happened at 2:30. They changed it up a little, good job guys.
Jam bands are fun.
Their tracks are long and repetitive but they certainly aren't jamming. I knew every note of this song and even the drums are performed almost note for note for this type of music. I mean, jam band isn't an insult in my opinion, especially for a band like LB, their shows are so eclectic and have such a positive energy that jam band is probably a good way to think about it but they are definitely performing a perfectly structured show every night. Next level shit. Listen to "Dracula Mountain" if you want the closest to a pop hit these guys will manage. It's a heater for sure. I've been all around all types of music, but mostly heavy music, and the two wildest and most fun shows I've seen were both lightning bolt. also if you really think this whole song sounds the same, you're really listening to the wrong music or something. This song has quite a few distinctive parts.
They used to say the same about Jazz. It's not about Intro-verse-chorus-bridge-etc or chord progression, its about feeling, expression, art(?). You feel it or you dont.
Pop music is much more accessible, try it, you'll love it!
Tool much........... ..... .. .
The power of salad (and milkshakes)
Yeah Same
Yeah Same?
