If we continue with a high press, we are going to suffer with balls over the top (assuming we play a high line, if not we'll suffer the same fate as we did this year, were we just get ran through every time).

He's also significantly worse at defending wide areas then he is centrally. De ligt is also not particularly athletic, and struggles running back towards his own goal.
