I loved this video, I wished you could have put some images of the finished coat at the end of the video. I have noticed that most of your videos end without them. It could help us a bit more to see the finished product. Thanks.

My pattern arrived yesterday & I have cut the tissue paper, the fabric I have ordered should arrive in a couple of days, so having watched this tutorial, I can't wait to get started. I found it really helpful. It would been nice to see you model it at the end.

The back would look a 100% better if you had matched the pattern up on the back seam because this fabric has such a dominant design.

Now I know why some people read the comments before watching the video. Had I read the comments first, I would not have wasted time watching this video since it doesn't show the finished garment. I vaguely remember seeing this a few years ago and started avoiding all these videos. But I just got a crash course reminder why I have been avoiding Mimi G videos. Too bad, I really like the style of the outfits, but I can do without the frustration of not having closure.

Mimi G. In India we use the word Ji after the name as a sign of respect. This is exciting. I’ve just got this pattern to make some over coats for my adult daughter.
My question is how do I make this with a lining. As Indians we have some really wonderful pure silk but they definitely need lining. Any advice will be appreciated.
