That, and when the profs just confusedly asks "why would anyone do that?" As is there isn't a snowflake's chance in hell, that someone would do something that insane/stupid - and then it cuts to one or more of the guys doing that exact thing 😂

Absolutely. As a former chef, this show gives me so much anxiety, even though I know first year in culinary school, we were the same. If the food was edible, it was a success.

i saw someone say that the editors don’t deserve praise for the “basic editing”. i would say that’s complete bullshit, and i agree with you completely because they genuinely did such a good job.
@@pixystixwhoreExactly! They saved the company thousands of dollars with their extra work to get the videos 'releasable'. If this is what someone considers basic editing, then I'm a simpleton because I couldn't do this half as good with double the time.
If the guys had nothing right from ground zero they would be hurting to support their employees and continue 'business as usual'.. But the diligence from the editors helped the entire company persevere through a terrible scandal, and that in turn keeps people employed and the content stream flowing for all of us interested fans to enjoy. I don't think anyone can change my mind here. Lol
@@CasondraM agreed. i used to watch the try guys and these are the first few videos i’ve seen recently and they’ve really captured my interest. the editors were really showing off, and they really did great at salvaging the content. and i’m sure they had fun too with all the animals they put in place of someone who almost ruined the company. they could’ve scrapped it but they did their best to make some amazing content.

As the daughter of a very passionate science teacher, i am CACKLING at the oobleck and also kind of amazed that both keith and eugene don't seem to have encountered it before! I definitely played with oobleck multiples times as a kid because of my science teacher mom, and I've also used it as a summer camp activity when i worked with 5-6yos. If you're VERY careful with the amount of dye or food coloring, you can make it some fun colors as well!

Watching YB's video, I found out that some of Ro's voice clips came from her own videos. The editors were able to find a video where she said the animal's name and they used that.

Video idea: try guys try cool scientific experiments (like with Chemteacherphil or like theactionlab) and let them make oobleck, self pouring liquids, plasma spheres and so on... I would love to see them in a lab as if they were back in school.
This is such a FUN idea... but we barely trust them in a kitchen with food and heat sources. I'm not sure we can risk an actual science lab of some sort, and all the chemicals etc that come with it. Even if we gave them detailed instructions, I'm confident something's gonna explode.
I myself haven’t watched Without A Recipe for a while so the whole panda thing confused me and it wasn’t until towards the end that I realized what was happening 🙃 but that’s a huge testament to the editing team’s skills 👏

I actually love evil Keith, it's like he's constantly tried to push the envelope and be creative and no one appreciated it so now he's just like fuck it. Calling him "the married one" had me cackling, Eugene is always trying something new whether he's good or evil, and Zach is making serious growth and I'm so proud. And that is all there is to say about the contestants. This is by far the best season.
