I purchased this boat from five below for $15 
This boat has a water canon and controllable LED lights. 
you’ll need 8AA batteries
I drove this at my local park. I may consider modifying this one if there’s enough interest.

Great video, my 75 year old father bought two of these for my 9 and 12 year old nieces so I wanted to make sure it wasn't going to be a complete disappointment. Atleast now I know what to expect.
