The plaintiff claims the defendant spat on her, threw her on the ground, and cut her with a knife, but she got arrested for battery. The plaintiff is suing for medical bills, attorney fees, and emotional distress. The defendant insists the plaintiff instigated the fight.

The plaintiff said the defendant (who she didn’t know) chased her down for ignoring him, spit on her, fought her, pulled out a knife… and then she got charged??? 🤔 The defendant comes with a totally different story… and her police report and medical records worked against her…why did she come to court?? 🤦🏾♀️

I hate that she lied because her situation is exactly my situation minus the physical part. I had a man to curse me left and right because I didn’t speak to him. Naturally, my cousin who I was with started to curse him out and he was talking all kinds of threats. I had to call my boyfriend at the time and family members.
