@@lucasoheyze4597 She's crucial. On normal episodes she is the catalyst. She helps Conan riff and go off the rails which creates a type of controlled chaos that basically determines the tone. She knows how to time her laughs to keep Conan afloat, and she knows when to go against him to initiate impromptu bits. On S'mores she intentionally gets (or acts) drunk and/or high more than the rest so most conversations revolve around her reactions and overall behavior. And you thinking she adds nothing is proof that she does it organically.
I like how Sona has drunk decision making before she even drinks.

The non-Conan male seems like a super normie. Could not handle for long. Sona has a fierce Karen streak that comes out from time to time.
I love how at 2:25 Sona is laughing so hard at Conan she's practically going to wet herself and Matt is silent aside from a quiet sigh like "yeeeeeaaaah..."
Conan's "PATER PATER 🤓" voice has so much personality and he manages to fit that perfectly in any circumstance 😂😂😂

Without a doubt, Conan O'Brien makes the best references to and jokes about Samuel Johnson' and his "A Dictionary of the English Language" of anybody in show business! Not trying to diminish the greatness of that compliment, but if I'm being totally honest, must acknowledge that "Mr. Harvard" is probably the only entertainer who makes such references - I mean, not even Carrot Top with his big box of comedy props uses a dictionary in his "act"!
Sona is worried about paying a ticket, Sona, that's why you make out with a parking meter, remember.

Spoken like someone who's not been in a situation where that wouldn't have meant no rent or food that month.

I duno who runs this channel but I never see them “heart” any comment nor have I seen any responses from them. THIS IS AN ATTEMPT TO CONTACT AND HEAR BACK FROM TEAM COCO….POST THE ENTIRE VIDEO PODCAST ALREADY! I mean you can’t be filming just for clips….you’re putting ad reads in the middle of a 5 minute clip. IF YOURE GOING TO SHOVE AN AD DOWN MY THROAT GIVE ME THE FULL VIDEO POD! Having your car towed is less expensive than a DUI for sure … or worse, hurting someone or yourself
But taking the bus or arranging a ride to the bar is probably even cheaper.

You don't want to have your car towed anywhere, if you live in most cities. You are likely to pay a steep fine and costly tow charges,....plus sometimes your car is damaged, if they shove it in a full tow-lot. I'm in Columbus, Ohio. My car was towed, while I had my emergency flashing lights on, as my car was having a mechanical issues. But I was parked in a tow-away-zone. I paid a fine, and a towing charge, and had to buy a new battery, after my battery died, when it took two days to retrieve my car. It was a nightmare, and cost me close to $300.00!
In Dallas, they hide the signs, tow your vehicle, charge a minimum $200, has to be cash (I once walked 2 1/2 hours at 4am to the nearest atm); you really do get in the habit of searching the signs out and making notes where not to park or go

A mechanical issue is a valid reason to stop in a tow-away zone, IMO. Sona's reasons aren't any good at all...
@@TheKillahKyla You'd think. I was broke down in front a store, as "rush hour" was fast approaching. I was in the store calling AAA car service & tow, when I saw the cops tow my car away. It sucked and cost me a bundle. Oh well, that was 40 years ago.

I must say - the first season of Summer S’mores was incredible. I even bought the t-shirt. It has gone downhill as the drinking has been introduced. I still listen, but it’s basically a sloppy mess. Hoping next season goes back to basics: sober s*it talking.

I don't get it. Why are they so concerned about being towed? Aren't you allowed to park your car for more than a few hours? It sounds like cars are only allowed to be parked during night time everywhere. And why they aren't parking on Matt's property if this is such a big deal?

I love this podcast more than just about anything in the world but this is the very first time I've ever thought that it was a little forced. Maybe it's just me or the mood I'm in today but I'm from around the 1:30 mark to 2:30 Sona's laugh seems fake to me. I'm sure it's just me. Does anyone else feel that way?
