Ginger paste (12 tea spoon full) 75gm
Garlic paste (12 tea spoon full ) 75gm
Coriander leaves (3 open fist full ) 75gm
Mint leaves (1 open fist full ) 30gm
Chilli powder 6 teaspoon
Coriander powder 2 teaspoon
Turmeric 2 teaspoon
Garam masala 1teaspoon
Curd 300ml
Lemon 3 big size
Whole Garam masala 10gm
Salt as per taste
