Glad you’re taking your D3/K2 supplements. Carol needs to be on them too. You are looking much better and sounding better. I have no idea which product you would be promoting, perhaps something food related. Maybe the sandwich toaster or that cute red pot.

It would be great to have more room since you travel so much. You should be comfortable, even though you do well with your current, cozy, cute van. I would get one you could stand upright in with a bed you don’t have to set up daily and perhaps a small kitchen, shower and toilet. That would be my perfect van to go see the world in. Hello! Looking forward to the double portion of videos.
My guess for the promo would be that diesel-powered heater and cooker combo that you mentioned in a previous video as a requirement (can't seem to remember its name).
Hopefully your new van will have just as much character as the little red one does. It adds something to the videos that a big mainstream camper just wouldn't.

Lynn here on Hubby's phone mines playing up 😏, Oh Ken has Carol got the lurgy too , OMG it's not been a very good time for you two , your as bad as us , Hubby's had some sort of bug , has I type this he's at the Hospital having a scan , I couldn't go with him for health reasons, but I'm worried sick , I do hope Carol get better soon ❤, sending her loads of hugs Take Care both of you xx❤
Sorry to hear that Lynn and I hope his scan is clear. My cough really hurt my lung on one side. I thought it was a heart attack at one stage but realised coughing can strain muscles. Hope he recovers well so give him our regards.

.Good luck with that. I have asked my doctor the same question (he didn't know) I have asked at the pharmacy (they didn't know) Apparantly D3 and K2 shoudl be taken together but no idea like yourself for blood pressure which I want to find out for a friend.
@@Gdre123 Hi Kat , I take D3 on it’s own k2 helps the absorption apparently ( or something like that ) and it is recommended, but I did some research on Google which advised against it . I then asked the pharmacy as I’m on a few meds including BP then asked my pharmacist he said no you can’t take K2 with BP meds .l never rely on google alone good luck 👍🏴

O hi there. Sorry didn't know that you have been poorly. Why the tablets? Must have missed that. Just watched your EU exit at Lockdown time. Hadn't seen you in Spain.
Well 3 yrs on & I've just gone down with a positive test. Been evading it time & again, but it's got me bad - as well as hubby. Nothing worse than both being sick with no-one to look after you. We are scrapping around & haven't eaten a full meal since this time last week. Supposed to have had visits from kids & grandkids this w end. Covid has gotten another family gathering celebration. Hope you improve too. We will get there in tge end - its just the wobbly legs & sapping energy. Birthday in 2 weeks hope it's gone by then!) X
