I use an old antique flat iron granny used to heat on a wood stove. Makes a great anvil for hammering!!!😅
We can learn more from our failures than we can from our successes. Your video taught us to invest a little thought in advance so that the wire arms are long enough to hug the stones. It takes a lot more wire than one might initially expect.

If a small wire is needed, smaller gauge accent beads or stones small ones really do something to that stone different type of stone to Colorz at go well together just an idea. That was very entertaining, I think all artists have that dialog running through our minds as we work, it was fun to hear it. I also enjoyed seeing your gifts and was ooohing and aaahhhing. Reminded me how much I loved taking my daughter to rock shows when she was little, so in the middle of your vid I took a break and found a local rock show to haul my friend's kids to next month. Chuck a piece of rubber mat (I used an old piece of yoga mat) under your steel block/anvil and you can use any surface for hammering without the noise and issues :)

cat and dog nail clippers with bypass jaws make great wire cutters .they cut the wire straight across with no chisel end.they work for cutting wire off the roll.

Tks girl we got to take care of Matt.... When you wrap stones, and have to add the 26 gague to hold stone down. Wrap each time about 3 wraps. It gives it a better finished look. Just a thought. Don't shoot the messenger.
