Would love to hear you encouraging your viewers to vote in the election! Your audience is the perfect age range to get out to the polls. (college students! Young voters could decide this election!!) . It does not have to be partisan ( you don't have to encourage your audience to vote for a certain candidate) but with a platform this large, you should use it for civic engagement!!
You don’t eat nearly enough, especially if you’re working out. I don’t mean that in a rude way, it’s just very obvious to me and I hope you aren’t preoccupied with body image or disordered eating.
If you get "tired" from not eating then you are waiting too long to eat and it's messing with your blood sugar. I'm a snacky eater as well and always get told I'm not a big eater... And your way more active than me and eat less. Just something to be careful about

she is not having body issues. She looks like a very healthy young girl. it is healthy to eat small meals with snacks in between. I do it
