You can't free fly outside in an open sky no matter how tame he is. Because budgies are prey birds, you never know what may happen next so you can easily let fly your budgies in bird proofed room. It is 💯% safer than anything. They'll surely get good amount of physical exercise.

That’s AWSOME my bird gets on my finger but still not sure if my budgie is sick or not because it’s puffed up and sleeping a lot but because of the storm he may be tired idk

Ok I need help really fast! I don't have a vet in my place and I should travel to another city to visit one. I just need some help because I am not sure if my budgie is sick or not. I have a female budgie.
Let me give you the symptoms,
1. My budgie is always fluffed up and is not active like before.
2. She is always leaning towards its front.
3. After having a meal she sometimes does a nasty movement, it actually looks like she is trying to vomit but she is not vomiting. After sometime she will be ok.

A diagnosis is pointless without medication. And there’s no point in waiting for someone to best-guess-diagnose your bird on the internet. You have to take it to a vet.
my budgie keeps plucking when its relaxed and when its stressed it doesn't and i have 2 budgies they are not really bonded but they kiss every now and then
Maybe it's cuz they are not compatible and can't breed. Maybe seperate them in different cages and see what happens

Why your birds don't have many toys? Are you guys breeders?
That bird trust him or it would have flown away. I'm guessing all of you saying animal abuse don't own birds or if you do you don't know anything about them. He used a very tame bird here if you try this on an untamed bird it could surely injure its self trying to escape or die of fear but not this little guy he didn't like it much but he wasn't afraid.
IF YOUR BUDGIE IS SICK, take it to a vet. Do not wait for someone on the internet to give you a best-guess-diagnosis. It may need tests carried out to confirm what the illness is and medication. If you can not get access to a vet, perhaps it’s not a good idea for you to have a pet in the first place! The point of the video is to make you aware of signs of illness, not bombard the person who uploaded the video with “diagnose my bird” questions. 🙄
