- With 15 years of competitive jump rope experience, 2 world records, multiple World and European Jump Rope Championship wins and even a Cirque du Soleil membership, it's safe to say that no one is better at jumping rope than Adrienn Banhegyi. Watch her give a dazzling performance at an event in Szombathely, Hungary. Unbelievable!

She is very good because she practices all the time, most kids nowadays don’t know what that is, they want instant gratification for no or very little knowledge of what’s it takes to earn something. It’s not just this lady, I’m talking about a good # of kids today. They need to listen and learn at schools or other training places. Great job lady, thanks

This Lady is very good.
People are too shy to even mention that she made a mistake, but got right back into doing her thing. That is what is impressive, her commitment. She's a true performer.
Yes, I saw the mistake as well but the balance of the performance more than made up for the one slip.
They aren't too shy to mention she made a mistake. They don't care to focus on a split second that didn't go they way she wanted and instead focussed on the rest of the time when it did.
Ebonics, you missed the point. I wasn't focused on her mistake, noticing something means you're actually paying attention to the whole performance. I was pointing out her dedication as a performer by continuing on. But, instead of focusing on that, you focused on part of a sentence, not the full sentence, but part of it.. lol.
You did not pay that close of attention. She made a couple of mistakes.
I know there were multiple, I just didn't feel the need to point them all out. I'm not that pedantic.
Wow. I don't know whether it's more disturbing that she does it with a smile, or that she never seems to get winded, but she's very good. Nicely done!

Wow! The rope is going so fast I can't tell when she is jumping it or swinging by her side. The prone jumping of her whole body, I have never seen before. Wild.
There is a group of girls from Texas that do these tricks and more. They are on youtube and I believe they call themselves "the firecrackers", check it out it's worth a watch.

She's good and the transition from jumping to side at that speed is difficult. Probably Olympic team in past in rhythmic gymnastics

I've seen this sort of "supine skipping" before.
"Shaolin" martial artists doing weapon demonstrations with segmented ropes and chains and whips.
Although they also combine it with crazy kip-up moves and sparring patterns. And they're fast.
I turned the video speed down to .25 to see whether she was jumping or moving the rope by her side. She actually does both from time to time..
The artists that work for Cirque du Soleil are the very, very best of the very best. Always amazing to watch.

This is her day job. She's a professional artist. That is, a professional performer for Cirque du Soleil.

I think that the last Cirque show I saw that really moved and impressed me was the one about the bugs in the tall grass (my apologies for not remembering the name).
Ever since then I think they've been really underutilizing some amazing artists with really underwhelming shows.
This young woman is very good. She has talent, poise and presence. What we need now is show choreographers and music arrangers who can use this lady in an exciting show.

This woman is incredible, performing her heart out with an incredible performance - meanwhile people in the audience are hardly paying attention. You can catch a glimpse of the audience and some aren’t even looking at her. You can hear the audience talking throughout her performance. People like that, being openly rude, drive me crazy!

That football juggle while skipping at 1:55 and the sheer speed of handling the jump rope takes my breath away. If I were a skipping performance judge however, I would award her 9.999/10 ... the less than perfect score for that little scrambled mess on 2:20 - 2:24!
