HELPFUL TIP…Thanks for this great tutorial. I found that when I was trying to wind the ribbon up, the start of the ribbon kept popping out (probably with practise I will get better), so I attached a paper clip to each side of the start of the circle which made it easier and also gave me a guide of where the end piece and start piece were thus ensuring the two loose ends were long enough for tying.
Great Idea June, with practice and the faster you get, the less it pops out .. well done

Thank you so much! I was a florist in Pennsylvania YEARS AGO but I've moved to south Carolina recently and when it was time to find a job I hoped to find a floral design job again. Luckily I found a great little shop minutes from my home who welcomed me! I have never been good at bows and you have really helped me so much! What type of ribbon are you using with ability to tear as demonstrated?
Its polly ribbon or florist paper ribbon it is sometimes called
Can you give us a link to the type of ribbon you use? I can't find the right one that tears easily
I made this bow and its beautiful, thank you but where do i get the white satin paper ribbon? Ive looked all over and cant find it. I made my bow with material satin ribbon difficult to cut. Please help.

There is too much of an echo in the room where this video was made. Because of this I could not really understand audibly everything said, it could also be her microphone.
I so wanted to watch this video to make a "Tie a Yellow Ribbon Bow" for my tree to support our people who were left behind in Afghanistan but I had a hard time understanding what this wonderful lady was saying. I don't know if it the quality of the video, or her accent (which is charming) but I can't understand what she is saying. I'll trying just watching it with the sound off.
