Fascinating ! I was born in the Cottage Hospital in 1964, I've only been back once as an adult and never really got a chance to have a look around due to the weather. Lived in nearby Cuminestown for my first 2 years, my granny lived in the Garmond. I look forward to revisiting my humble roots soon, but as you mentioned it looks a bit quiet to live there.
