You can search for the full video anywhere online. When the officers arrived they immediately pulled the white kid off of the young black man and sat him down, then proceeded to tackle the black guy to the ground. They were both in the act of fighting, yet two different treatments! That’s what the outrage is about. And the young black man did NOT resist arrest. They didn’t give him a chance to do anything. They just immediately threw him to the ground and slapped cuffs on him. Unacceptable!

No, the female cop tried dragging him down to the ground, but failed terribly. As soon as they hit the couch he immediately stopped fighting. Then the female cop just left him there because she's clearly not fit for the job. If that was a male cop the kid would've been on the ground and cuffed too. The male cop took the black kid down and started cuffing him thinking his parter was doing the same to the other kid which she should've been doing. The black kid wasn't roughed up, he was simply being cuffed. Then they were both taken to the security room and told not to come to the mall anymore. Neither kid was arrested. And you all know this wouldn't even be an issue if they were both black, or if the cops were black, and the same exact situation happened. I'm guessing you've never seen a fight broken up before because things like this happen all the time regardless of what race people are.

@@DarkPassenger why were the officers tackling the kid already on the bottom? Both kids should've been cuffed, but clearly one was sat down and uncuffed because the officer "didn't consider" him dangerous. Kids fight, thats not the issue. The issue should be first and foremost why the cops instantly assumed that the black kid was the aggressor and should be handled roughly. The white kid to his credit was ready to assume his culpability in the altercation but the cops just ignored him. I was a Correction Officer for 25yrs and seen multitudes of physical altercations. We are trained to separate both parties. Until you have the facts both individuals are to remain handcuffed. This was a very simple situation that two unprofessional, unprepared, biased officers made into a major problem. They should be fired. No amount of training can rid these officers of their implicit biases. If this incident was at night on a dark street, you could only imagine what could have happened. The female officer turned her back to the older male, not knowing if he had a weapon or was a threat. Very Reno 911 ish.

To deny them good life and rights ? Black people are humans too and deserve the same privilege and basic human rights as everyone. I don’t understand who was the oppressor in the history of America?and who should people be afraid of? If people judge a whole group/race based on the action of few so either white or black don’t have no say. There is a huge history of violence in America. But still nobody judge white people based on the action of their ancestors. So why judge all black people? Crime is crime it has no Color and a criminal can be of any color. We should be more educated, less judgmental and stop pretending as if black people are the only ones that can commit crimes. It’s time to stop the ‘HATE’. We are all humans with differences and we have to live together. Let’s treat everyone with same respect unless proven guilty.

They sell them to black and Hispanics who in turn drive it to Southern California to be sold. The police are waiting on the black and brown people on the freeway to arrest them and charge them with drug trafficking. They will never ask you when they arrest you who or where you got the weed from. And the white land owners growing and selling the acres of marijuana never seem to get arrested. 🧐
Even the media is guilty in how they report Marijuana. When it’s a black man selling marijuana he is a drug dealer. When the white lady a few years back called the police on the young black girl selling lemonade on the sidewalk, the NEWS said her profession was a “Medical Marijuana Entrepreneur”. It’s really sad how we are treated. If God wasn’t real who would hold them responsible for all that the black community has suffered in this country? He doesn’t deserve accolades for doing the bare minimum. I hope he will learn something from this other than “ l can get away with shxt coz l’m white “ coz that’s what the cops taught him that day !

Two trained adult police could have handled this much better! This kid like thousands of others like him will no longer trust police. This is sad!! If it's not race, then explain this ONE situation! 🤔. Let's not even focus on the many other issues that we are facing in America thriving race violations. Let's focus on this alone! Why did they do this? Why sit the white kid gently on the sofa while he was standing over the black kid? The black teen was already on the ground and they where throwing him around on the ground! They literally forgot the white kid was there! White parents do not want there to be equal treatment because they don't want their kids done this way! But the issue is, America sees ALL black boys and men as aggressive monsters! Point black. If not, explain why this happened!!!

You act as if black and Hispanic cops don't do this to everybody also. There's racist people of all races but you only focus on the bad white cops. Grow up. Over 1000 people were killed by police last year. Just over a hundred were black. Yup look it up. Over 500 cops were killed last year. Racist people want you to believe otherwise. Media seldom covers the horrendous acts of white Americans! Just a week ago, there was yet another mass shooting by the hands of yet another white person! Not even 5 years ago, police arrested yet another white serial killer who murdered over 20-something people! None of these made the news!
Fact is, this police was wrong, and that kid with be a future black man hating the police because of these acts! Then white people like you will die in your white horse, judging him without understanding his horrendous police encounter as a 13-year-old! You are sick and need to seek help!

Kye, I'm so sorry this happened to you. I don't even know what/how you must be feeling right now. I remember when I was a teenager, I had a very negative experience with a police officer. I wasn't even doing anything wrong, but I got roughly handled, thrown against a wall and handcuffed - I was terrified! I didn't understand why it was happening. I hope that you can get help for dealing with and processing this traumatic experience. I wasn't able to get help at that time, so that experience impacted me as I moved on through life. It made me fear all cops and expect they were all that way. It really did a number on me, my psyche, and my perception of the world. A couple years later, I was fortunate enough to actually be saved by a good man, who was also a police officer. That experience, just like the previous one, shattered my perceptions again. It still took time for me to heal - it wasn't like one good experience erased the negative one, BUT what it did do was help me realize (over time) that PEOPLE make good and bad decisions, PEOPLE live out the actions of their beliefs - and this applies to people of all denominations, corporations, institutions, etc. I just wanted to share that I know how the situation that happened to me affected my perception, and I don't want you to lose faith that there ARE good people out there who wouldn't have treated you this way. I lost my faith/trust in people for a while, and I don't want to see anyone else go to that place - it is a horrible perception to be in. My hope for you = peace of mind. Don't let this experience destroy your faith in others or your future. Thank you for sharing your story, I hope it will help people think about their perceptions and actions - and the IMPACT their actions have on others.

What tip they received from the community? Did the community say the black kid has a weapon of some sort? Did the community say the black kid is killing the white kid? They always have an excuse instead of doing their job properly and professionally. Even if they received tip, what happens to assess first then act.

They're children, and when the cops turned up and went straight to violence I wouldn't expect them to do anything but run, because that's what children do. I dread to think what would've happened if at least one of them *hadn't* been filming... I don't think it's helpful to judge their reactions-- as frightened children confronted with armed and violent cops-- by adult standards.

They see black men as criminal, no matter what age or what scenario. In their minds black men all need to be treated immediately as a criminal. But tell that to the dead sergeant and his officers who were called to a home by 2 roommates because the 3rd was acting weird and scaring the other roommates. They were aware he had a gun, yet no violence was directed his way until the police were tired of negotiating with him and made a move to go upstairs, and he shot the sergeant in front…dead. Had that been a black male the outcome would have been very different. They would have charged that house like military combat.

Crazy part is how much American citizens have lost the change begins at home philosophy roll up on your local courthouse, the police department and DEMAND change & this viral internet travesty only creates talking points & distractions. The whole incident encapsulates the POC experience in the USA and is an epidemic of overt acceptable racism.
We see it, we feel it, we are governed by it, we witness it & still our pain is just a voting tool. Stay strong young man your plight is making a difference.

There are countless testimonies all over the internet of police officers admitted that they were trained to approach incidents with discriminatory measures, and to apply stereotypical opinions of one during an investigation. Will there be some accountability and transparency to help prevent situations like this surfacing around so many communities? I think we all know the answer to that question.
