Because if she was turned into a baby and remembered her life before, they would too. So, it's not like they'll actually listen or do what she wants. They are still the same superheroes. Loll I see what you're saying but, I think, even if they did have remaining memories, she would have the ability to "reprogram" them, in a sense. People can be 100% convinced that things happened that never did, and believe that they have a memory they don't. If she had them isolated and under her control. and especially as children, she could totally execute her plan. That would be a really cool plot line tho for a separate story -- if a villain raises past superheroes but one of them starts having visions of who they used to be

Poor girl.

As someone who was a TA herself in high school, I can say that a Teacher's Aide is most often A) A student who had taken the class before and B) in their Junior or Senior year. So as I see this, she is most likely a senior as she class president as well (if I recall correctly). Being a TA for a science class also makes double sense with her being a Techno-path. And while no one would likely believe her and she was a villain so likely wouldn't care, but truth be told she only has 1 birth certificate and 1 date of birth and both state she is over 40. So legally she is a 40 year old stuck in a teenage body. Most relationship stuff is to do with mental maturity and mentally she's over 40 I would think that's at least partially why she still wants to take over the world. I mean the first time around she was overlooked as a science nerd and stuffed into sidekick class. But this time around she was clearly in the hero class, was top on the line as student body president, the most popular kid in school by the looks of her. So why take over everything this time unless she has all her old memories and experiences.
in defence of TA's, at my high school students were allowed to be TA's when they had class periods without required classes. Usually it was just juniors and seniors, and i was a library TA junior year. But yeah in this movie she is definitely way older lol
