Hello thanks for watching. Yes it has to be a heat resistant padding. You can find them on amazon. They sell different sizes. Type heat resistant padding for hat press. I'm glad you liked my video.

If you are making those transfers, you can stack both on one transfer tape and press the one time. That was you have less chance of getting the second one crooked. I would like to know where I could find some of that heat resistant foam you have. Do you have an actual name for it?
I got this foam from my husband workplace and it's just scraps that they throw out. But it is heat resistant. You can find something similar on amazon. Unfortunately I do t have a link because I have never ordered one. Thanks for the advice. 😊

what type of foam did you use?
Heat Resistant foam which I got from my husband's work. He works at a factory where they make foam mattresses. He cut me a 12x12 and I just cut ✂️ a piece to fit. You might be able to find small heat pads on amazon.
