My thoughts....for the price point it is a good investment. i think the location is good, the units are well put together and will be offer great rental income for owners. What are your thoughts ?

@@ArielYourREALTOR wonderful I put an offer in on one waiting to hear back. I’m not there so I’m wondering and praying it’s good . The downside is that is has no pool gym but security. I’m hoping it will still be attractive to short term rentals because when I looked on the map it looked close to beaches.
