For the question "What is the "supply chain", it is important to mention the financial and information flow besides only the the flow of materials and goods. That is how supply chain is considered today in opposite to 10-15 years ago.

Thanks for loading these answers. I think it is a good reference point for those who are entering supply chain but if you have some experience, it is always best to give specific examples of your past projects and/or work backed always by some kind of results (to address the "so what"). I always find answers in a story manner (be aware of being concise) a lot more powerful and easier to remember as an interviewer. Best of luck everyone!

I'm new to SCM. The answer, from this video is D - Disposal, but in reflecting, I think Disposal, and the alternatives which include refurbishing, repackaging and recycling, should be a part of SCM.

I never had a formal interview training or anything, just watched this only video and purchased the answers package to prepare for the interview, combined with my experience, I landed the job in one shot.
I have to say the selection of questions and sample answers here are very relevant, and on point. Most of all were in my interview. Will return for other interview guides if I have career advancement in the future.

It depends on the job you are applying for. You could try and get a job without the degree first and see how you get on. You may already have the skills needed for your chosen job.

What if the interviewer has no supply-chain background? Questions for this positions are basically on P&L and how supplychain will make cost saving or definitly be a cost killer.
