FINNAIR A321 AY1335 Business Class - Helsinki to London Heathrow, Platinum Wing Lounge (2024) (4K)

After a couple of weeks in Finland and Estonia it was time to start my journey home.
First stop was London, then there would be flights to Los Angeles for a short stopover, then on to Sydney.
Normally I always opt for the A333 or A359 flights with the true international cabin, but both those options were not convenient, either arriving too late, or way too early.
After some time in the Finnair Platinum Wing Lounge, it was time to board, then depart. Flying in the midst of Winter it is always amazing to watch the de-icing process before take off.
The flight was smooth, catering good, and before lounge we were landing at Heathrow.
On our way taxiing to T3 a good view of the Qantas A388 was afforded, that would be flying as QF2 later that evening to Singapore then Sydney.

Dreaming of one day flying Melbourne-Singapore-Helsinki-London via Fin Air. Also dreaming of a rail link direct to Tullamarine from Melbourne town centre. Yes dreaming, especially the rail link!!! 🐌🐌🐌

If you ever do get the chance to head over to Helsinki & London, from Melbourne you could jet up to Sydney and catch the Finnair for Qantas flight to Singapore, then the direct flight to Helsinki.
And yes, the famous MEL Airport rail line... one day... maybe... lol
