Just chiming in - we went to Orlando for the first time in 2023. We were SO disappointed with the Disney hotels and food but adored Universal. I think new customers without the happy memories could lean more towards universal going forward if Disney doesn’t step it up.

A war between theme park resorts? How novel! Everyone has an opinion on which one is better or worse. I grew up on one, was there when it opened in 1971. I don't go there anymore, because of all the drama surrounding the company that currently runs said resort. Universal is just way more laid back and less stressful, which is just more enjoyable to me. Plus I don't have to see my childhood destroyed or altered forever. Which is nice.
