I was always a fan of your work but you really need to understand that this project is not a priority for Mauritians, fix poverty in the country THEN only you gonna have the support you need to pursue the Smart City project.

Heritage City was, is and will always remain a FLAWED, USELESS, and NON-ESSENTIAL project. Mr Saeed Ahmed Saeed, CEO of Stree Consulting, was former CEO of a company called Limitless. Those of you who know the crazy story of Dubai and its MAD dreams may remember that back in 2009, Dubai was on the brink of collapse. Limitless and Nakheel, the 2 major real estate developers of the country , were hit hard by the financial crisis and were transferred from the Dubai conglomerate Dubai World to direct ownership by the emirate’s Government in 2011. Many of the projects of Limitless were freezed, and many people lost their money !! Fortunately, government decided to freeze this project and spare the country of a useless, administrative city, which would not have resulted in the creation of innovative sectors of the economy, and would not have resulted in the creation of sustainable, high value jobs in engineering, science and technology or IT. I think that Mr Bhadain should resign because he has lost all credibility, even among the government.

Latest update : Mr Bhadain, Mr Pravind Jugnauth has publicly disavowed you. I think the best solution for you is to resign because you cannot be in a government where there was the euro loan issue ( Lutchmeenaraidoo : ’’Bhadain ine prend en roche, line pile lor moi ’’ ) and now this. The population is fed up and we are also becoming the laughing stock of mauritians abroad and foreigners as well !! If you have honor, stand up for your principles and RESIGN !
