Coming from someone who had knee surgery, just getting to 0 and 120 degrees is not good enough. Your knee was bent a lot further than that while you were making this video. Telling someone they are functional is a scape goat for either poor surgery techniques or poor therapy, especially if they were more functional prior to surgery.
It also depends on which position youre in. Yes her knee was bent more bc she was squatting. The other woman is in supine position to isolate only knee range of motion. At the same time though, she should really bring her knee up to her chest to test the true maximum ROM.

Normal range of motion for knee flexion is 0-135 degrees so 120 after a knee surgery is actually pretty good

I couldn't do either without moderate to severe pain...and I haven't had knee surgery yet 😮
